We booked all 5 rooms for one night as we attended a wedding in the area. It was the perfect choice! The rooms are luxurious and very well equipped - the small kitchen was a pleasant surprise. The stoepies were a lovely place to hang out with a view of the beautiful garden. Rooms are highly recommended!

Very nice place and was very pleasant. Maybe it's just a bit difficult to get access to the guest house, maybe just need to put up a bigger advertising board, we might have struggled a bit in the dark to find the place. Otherwise very nice, gardens well maintained and very tidy.

Beautiful, clean accommodation! The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is big enough with all the necessary equipment. The filter coffee with milk was very special and nice! Not often that you get it at an overnight place. Deidre was very friendly and accommodating. We could check in earlier as requested. Green Willows is a wonderful place to unwind. The place to stay is nice and clean, well furnished and the owner, Deirdre, looks after her guests very well. This is the perfect place if you want to escape the city for an evening or two.
Arranged to collect key earlier and it was granted. Everything was neat and clean. Deidre informed us of the load shedding times and informed us about everything that was in the unit.

The units are well situated, clean and well equipped for an overnight stay.
We had no power or water due to a downed power cable, we couldn't shower at all and there wasn't a drop of water in the taps. I know it wasn't the owner's fault, but I feel if you run a guest house then you have to be prepared for such cases especially with load shedding which is a reality every day! There was one tiny candle on the porch and we had to make do with our cellphone lights! When we decided to cancel our booking the next day and rather drive home, she didn't feel like meeting us at all, just saying it wasn't her fault! Well it wasn't my fault either and if I pay R900 a night there must at least be a plan in place!
We will definitely come back again!

Green Willows Guesthouse is a very nice guesthouse. The setup is very peaceful and pleasant. Friendliness from Deidre and her staff, and were asked if everything is still fine with us and even got a message to say good luck for our cycling race. I will definitely stay there again when going to that area and will recommend the guesthouse to friends and family.

Excellent location and the area is beautiful.
The owner was very friendly and accommodating, allowing us an early check-in and making sure we knew there was no hurry to leave in the morning. The units were beautifully decorated and private and the gardens are lovely. Even with horses on the property, we weren't bugged by flies. There were a few small items which were unfinished/missing e.g. no shelf in the shower and some electrical cabling in the roof which was unfinished, but nothing big enough to ruin our stay. All in all, a great place to stay for a night or two.
