The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and a day bed with a second pull-out bed is available for 2 children in the lounge. The apartment has a private bathroom that is fitted with a bath. For convenience, bedding is provided and guests please need to bring their own towels.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. Guests can relax in the lounge which is equipped with a TV with Netflix. Unfortunately, DStv Now is no longer available due to the recent regulation change.
The living area opens onto a covered stoep with a built-in braai area.
Greenwich Villa is located close to the swimming pool, and the complex has direct access to the private beach and tidal pool for swimming and snorkelling. The complex also has 24-hour security with access control.
St Francis Bay offers a variety of activities such as boating, swimming, surfing, watching the dolphins and whales, golfing at the St Francis Bay Golf Club, or exploring one of the hiking trails in the area. Guests can also visit Cape St Francis lighthouse, and the Irma Booysen Flora Reserve to view the local fynbos.

21 guests' feedbackI wouldn't recommend it for two adults and a child because it is too small. The fridge doesn't work properly; we lost two 2L milks and yogurt (the owner was informed about the fridge).
Lovely clean place, but really small. No shower, which was a drawback especially on a beach holiday.
Had a great stay and my children really enjoyed the area with the private beach.
We went there during a weekend when everyone had storms, so we couldn't enjoy the outdoors as much as we wanted to. The unit at Greenwich Villa is perfectly sized for 2 adults and 1 child, maybe 2. Safe parking, albeit not under a roof. We had everything we needed for self-catering. Would definitely go back and explore.

The hostess assisted us well upon our arrival. The apartment was great. It is recommended for holiday use. The bathtub is just uncomfortable for older people to use because it's a bit narrow but otherwise the apartment was well equipped. Felt safe with security patrolling.
Very well located with a nice walking path to the harbor and shops.

There are so many mountain biking and hiking trails, so much to do in the area, definitely worth the money and time.

Greenwich has everything you needed for a relaxing holiday.
Everything you need to be comfortable. Extra blankets, nice and close to the beach which is nice and private. Dalene is great!

The location is magnificent and the surrounding areas are well worth a visit.
Accomodation was neat and clean, with everything which one would have needed. Pots & pans in good condition and all necessary utensils.
As a family with 2 children and a baby, the unit was just too small for us. There is also only a bath and no shower in the unit which makes it difficult if you want to wash well after you have been on the beach. It's a neat little place for a family of max 3. The hostess was lovely, but unfortunately the space didn't work for us.
Just a value add, there was no toilet paper, no dustpan. Otherwise fully equipped.
Will visit again soon.
