Suzette and Tim are very friendly. Kitchen staff and ladies who serve meals could be more friendly. Breakfast pleasant, but dinner not worth the price at all. Attention can be given to maintenance. Witch hinges and clips are rusted and falling apart. One of two patio chairs broken. No alternative for when power goes out. We went to buy our own light and candle. Blind in bathroom broken. Safety is not sufficient, especially during power outages.
The place was very clean and well-equipped. All our needs were met. The only downside was lack of provision for lights during loadshedding. A lamp would have salvaged the situation or a reminder prior check in to bring our own lamp. The host was exceptional - very welcoming. She was prompt to respond to queries and requests for assistance. She made our stay such a pleasure! Very professional indeed.
