The house is surrounded by a lawn. Secure undercover parking is provided for guests.

Very neat and clean, we were out most of the day so it's wonderful if you just need a place to sleep. Would have liked it if it was equipped with a washing machine.
Struggled to get the oven to work post loadshedding, then the kettle was broken. The contact lady treated us like dumb children who don't know how to use electronic appliances & was abrupt. Waited more than an hour for a new kettle, after already discussing the issue for 30 min over WhatsApp prior to that. Contact person did not take critic well. Shower door handle broke - previously just been glued back on, shower door seal broken/didn't close so bathroom floor soaking wet. Dew ran down inside of windows (no seal) making our pillows wet. Pantry so full with shelves, that you have to walk in straight and reverse out, no space to turn (and we weren't) large adults. There was another flatlet on premises with permanent tenant that was not disclosed on advert or booking.
Belinda the manager is an absolute asset and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. Can definitely recommend.
Neat, beautiful house. It is a bit far from the beach, but it didn't bother us.
We really enjoyed the stay in Happy Ours. Belinda received us kindly and the place was clean and tidy. Although it is a short distance from the beach, it is conveniently close to supermarkets, pharmacy and restaurants. Sedgefield pleasantly surprised us with its beautiful beach and we had a great swim where the lagoon empties into the sea.
We had a lovely stay at Happy Ours. The house is beautifully decorated, spacious and equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen utensils, cooking equipment, towels, and very comfortable beds. One thing that we do consider a discrepancy is that it clearly states: "The house is cleaned daily" on the website listing when we booked. However, this was not the case at all - no cleaning took place during our stay.
House is clean, tidy and furnished with taste. Service was excellent. House is a bit warm, but fans help considerably. To make the value for money 5/5 we recommend the following improvements: Laundry line - current line is only available for visitors in apartment. Chairs to sit outside under tree. Internet: these days you have to communicate not only with the people in your home, but also with people in other countries.
Happy Ours is a very neat, modern place that took care of all our needs. Very friendly and approachable people. I would definitely recommend them to others and would stay there again myself.
We stayed for 5 days and I can say it is one of the nicest self-catering places we have stayed at for a long time, the décor is lovely, clean and everything a family could need.
