Great location as you can basically walk everywhere. Very good value for money. Breakfast is great. Disappointment with dinner as they did not have any drinks as per menu.

It was great. Nicely central so you could just walk to the V&A Waterfront every day. Close to every bus route for the "hop on hop off" buses. All activities for adults and children, tours were close to aha Harbor Bridge Hotel and Suites and made it so convenient. If you had to drive a bit, it was easy to get an Uber that would pick you up at the hotel. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful! It is clean, tidy and very peaceful. The breakfast and other foods were very tasty and fresh. Aha was the best place to stay and if I ever have to tour the Cape again I will stay there again.
Rooms are spacious and tidy. Staff go out of their way to provide the best service and are helpful.

The service was excellent, we enjoyed breakfast and dinner there and both meals were 5 star quality. There is nothing I would want to change. I will definitely visit aha Harbor Bridge Hotel and Suites again.
Room was comfortable and perfect for our needs. Didn't have breakfast there but facility looked good. Location was good and within walking distance of Waterfront. A little more difficult to get Uber to the hotel due to location (lots of small streets).
Only used this hotel because the platform for the Ceres Steamtrain trip is right in front. The hotel and reception access is not disabled friendly at all. It was difficult for myself as I have limited mobility. Steps too high. Walk from car park to reception is too long. Your restaurant needs serious attention to detail. Wine glasses were not removed until requested and then just placed on the next table which eventually had 8 wine glasses on it. We also waited an hour and a half for our food. We were in no hurry but by any standards that is unacceptable.
Close to everything, nice with the ferry boat on the porch of the hotel.

Well equipped for business visits to the Cape with secure parking, walking distance from the conference centre. Easy access to Waterfront via water taxi or on foot during the day. City center also makik and vinning accessible.
It was very nice there.
For a business traveller who needs to be specifically at the CTICC and surrounds, this hotel is the perfect destination. Staff at reception (Lorenzo, Tamryn and co.) were so helpful, welcoming, and they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Outstanding service. The accommodation was neat and I was pleasantly surprised by the little details (biscuit at the coffee station, little letter and chocolate at turndown and take-away coffee the next morning). I was also able to get work done because of the WiFi. I ordered a salad in the room and it was fresh and delicious. But breakfast the next morning was disappointing. Even though the selection was wide (even rye bread available) the food wasn't labelled and my waitron was slow and I never got the coffee and eggs that I ordered. I had to leave without it because I had to go to my first meeting of the day. But I will stay here again, I just hope they crank up the breakfast service.
Harbour Bridge always exceeds my expectations. Clean comfortable rooms and friendly, professional service make this a place I continue to go back to.
It would be a good idea if they provided a complimentary shuttle service to the Q&A.
