2 guests' feedbackThe venue is well situated and the building is nice. The room was clean. However, upon arrival we were told that the restaurant is not open due to a private function - which wasn't the case. We specifically didn't want self catering - and it wasn't made clear that we would need to solve our own dining requirements. The generator doesn't cover room temperature control, refridgerator, kettle or hairdryer. Yet they charge full price. Other hotels either reduce their fees if their restaurants or utilities are not 100% available. At the end when we checked out - no one asked us how our stay was, but they did ask to prove that we paid Lekkeslaap for some reason.
This is just in another class - what a surprise we got when we arrived at this jewel in George - everything we mean everything is perfect - we cannot point out anything that was not in place all was of top class service and quality.
