We highly recommend Humdani Game Lodge!
There were Aribiere hunting over the weekend, feel like you're sucking on the rear teat. The chef, I think his name is Freddi, was almost a bright spot.
Service is good, facilities are good, farm is very beautiful and everyone is very friendly!
The place is on the top of a hill but has no functioning restaurant and no bar. There is one cook that tries to make food from what he has in the fridge but keeps running out of food, basics like cheese, potatoes etc. Price includes breakfast but there is no breakfast provided. Room was not 100% clean, rubbish from previous guests in the cupboard, sheets torn and no hot water. Really poor service, staff is not trained to run a lodge.
The staff was particularly friendly. We got a free upgrade, to a room with a fantastic view, also a guide who walked with us in the field. To top it all off, a nicely set table for our Saturday afternoon barbecue at the boma.
