16 guests' feedbackThe unit was clean, tidy and very well equipped, even a coffee "plunger" which is rarely seen.
Very nice and peaceful.
Love the views from the balcony. However, I think the owner should get the aircon fixed as it gets very hot in the summertime, and sleeping with the sliding door open has risks, especially if it is a windy night. One of the giant red bed pillows smelled like cat urine, and the bed sheets were very creased. The building owner(s) or body corporate should consider cleaning the pool as it is green and dirty. One would suppose it would be cleaned as it is the festive season? Not sure why they have cleaners for the complex on duty as the pool is part of the main attraction.
Big negative is the availability of basic TV - either for music or for news and current affairs. Doesn't have to be DSTV and especially not Netflix, but after a day out I just want to know what's going on in the world out there. SABC and eNEWS will work.
Nice stay, but the house bowl was broken and the 16th floor was far. Would have appreciated if the landlord had disclosed this to us before we booked. This will be problematic for older people/people with small children. From conversations with the security staff, the broken house bowls have been a problem for some time.
Our stay at Icon luxury studio apartments was a great experience. From our safe and secure parking to our lovely apartment, as well as the availability of having a grocery store in the vicinity. It felt like home away from home and I'm happy with the service.
Clean, spacious, easy parking.
Perfect for 2 people who want to explore Cape Town on their own or for business travelers who need to be in the city centre. Walking distance from V&A waterfront by way of a safe pedestrian walkway.
Difficulty with check-in. Didn't know where to go. Also would have liked the showers and windows/walls to be kept cleaner for that price. But we had a very nice stay and had everything one needs.
Everything you need.
The apartment has everything one could need and is very safe. Nabu is to be commended for her excellent customer service. Thank you for making our stay special. The only drawback was the bed which was rather uncomfortable and the cause of a backache. Centrally located and close to wonderful restaurants.
We had a fabulous stay. Needing to be in close proximity to CTICC for daily work, it was perfect, and we could literally walk. It was a bonus having our own secure underground parking bay too! The lovely host met us personally and took us through instructions. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed for self-catering. Loved the views over the city from the 16th floor! Even though it was the height of winter, it was warm in the apartment, and the hot water was amazing! Great Wi-Fi which was super important for our work was an added plus! Would highly recommend a stay for either business or pleasure! We will certainly stay here again!
Modern, well-equipped, and ideal located apartment at a good price. Bonus - you have access to a gym.
In the city but minutes safe walk to the Waterfront. In the city noise but dead quiet inside the neat unit with all facilities that work!
The service from the staff was excellent and made the process very easy. It was exactly what we hoped for and more.
