So this little place is 4 minute's walk from the beach and probably 6 minutes from the closest restaurant/pub (the thirsty oyster) this is perfect for that long-awaited holiday and it means you get to hear the ocean every night! There are a lot of steps to get to your destination but this is a must stay and remember there is ample space in this little self-catering cottage.
A lot of stairs, but once you're at the top it's a lovely place.
Inasmuch is perched up on the side of the mountain above Bikini Beach. It has wonderful views of the bay and the sound of the sea is a constant companion. There are several flights of steep stairs up to the unit, so be aware of that. Also, there is no garage or carport. That didn't worry us, as there is sufficient light in the street below the unit, and we could clearly see our vehicles from any of the windows. The outdoor, undercover braai area is lovely, with a magnificent view. The unit is comfy and homely.
Owners friendly place tidy well equipped. There are just a lot of stairs and for older people or people with walking problems I would not recommend.
What an incredible place. Trudie passed on all the information and check in was effortless and the unit was equipped with everything we needed. The view was breathtaking and the unit is walking distance from a cute beach. Restaurants are within walking distance and we just walked everywhere we wanted to be. I can recommend Inasmuch with the utmost confidence and we will definitely stay there again.
This is definitely the right place for people who don't struggle with climbing a lot of stairs. Spacious accommodation with a beautiful view. The hostess was fantastic.

This is a beautiful house with the best views over Gordons Bay Harbour. The cottage is very well equipped. The many stairs can be challenging for older persons. But the house and views make it absolutely worth it. We will definitely stay at Inasmuch again when we are in Gordons Bay again.
Please note note that access to the unit can only be via a set of very stylish stairs. It is therefore not accessible to the elderly/people with mobility challenges. This information is not very clearly pointed out on the booking. The photos do indicate that the unit is high up on the mountain, but one does not realize that there must be stairs involved. However, this is the only caveat for the stay. The unit is lovely, the view breathtaking, everything one needs is there, in good working order and very clean. We had a very nice stay.

I am not sure what the security issues are if any in Gordon's Bay but I was a little concerned about there not being any secure parking. Other than that the stay was wonderful.
The braai area is lovely and also a lovely place to visit. The house inside is very spacious and cozy inside. Cute shops and restaurants about 18 to 20 minutes walk from home. The Thirsty Oyster about 5 minutes' walk away offers delicious food. Will vacation there again.
Very neat, clean and spacious enough for 4 people. Nice view of the harbor. Parking just a small problem seeing as it is in the street.
We spent 2 nights here. The weather was cold but for us it was an ideal place for our family because we also have family in Gordons Bay. We know Gordons Bay and come here often and found a good place to stay in Inasmuch. We would only recommend sharp knives (vegetable knives) in the kitchen because we cook ourselves.
You need to be pretty fit or without small children as there are a lot of steps to climb daily, but once up the views are beautiful. Very close to Bikini Beach, you can walk there. No aircon and it was extremely hot the weekend we were there, but leaving all the doors and windows open did help.
Everything you need is in the apartment. The most beautiful sea view. Braai facilities are sheltered and private. Lots of steps to climb, but the view and nice apartment make it worth it. Thank you very much.

The view was fantastic over the sea and picturesque in the evenings with the yachts in the harbour. The swimming beach that was nearby, of course a bonus. The unit was very neat and clean and had no shortages. The braai area, which overlooks the sea and is very sheltered, was wonderful for the morning coffee and the evening braai. Trudie was very friendly and precise with her description of where the unit is located. A friend and I felt very safe and really enjoyed it. We will definitely use your accommodation again. Our weekend was very pleasant. Plenty of activities to do. Also the owner of the unit was very accommodating. It was just a bit of a surprise to see that there were still people on the premises, and we didn't take notice. But beyond that I would recommend Inasmuch.
We had a very nice stay, although we did not meet the owner, we were received very kindly by phone and given clear directions to the front door. Quite a lot of stairs, just make sure you are fit enough. Will definitely go again.

Braai area well equipped, sheltered from wind and rain and very private. We would definitely like to use Inasmuch accommodation again in the future and would recommend it to anyone.
Great for a couple or family getaway
Breathtaking view of the sea and quay. Clean, tidy and tastefully furnished to relax wonderfully. Fully equipped, spacious and homely. Covered barbecue area with a wide view. Large TV, alarm and full kitchen are a bonus, as is the bathroom with a bath and separate shower. Trudie's warm hospitality is remarkable and directions were perfect. Thank you very much.
