Had a wonderful stay. Plekkie is simple but well equipped and close enough to many amenities that it is not a chore to get there. Was able to barbecue and also had a nice meal at local restaurants.

The owner was very considerate, friendly and helpful. The accommodation is small but fully equipped. Cleanliness can still be improved a bit, e.g. curtains, windows were very dirty and even broken. The double bed was not up to standard at all and the pillows definitely need to be replaced. Otherwise it was a lovely weekend getaway.

Jessie's Place is a well equipped loft type accommodation. Very well located overlooking the sea and for us very close to friends that we were visiting. Very good value and highly recommended.

The outlook and views from this wonderful little self-catering venue are amazing. Such a cosy and comfortable base from which to explore the local beaches and restaurants. Leon is an excellent host and you will want for nothing. The unlimited braai wood provided was a surprise and so welcome. So many venues miss this point. We will definitely return if we have the opportunity to travel to Seaview again.

Quiet and private room with a beautiful view.
The owner, Leon, gave a brief overview of the surroundings and attractions. The studio has all the necessary equipment. Will definitely use this again.
Leon and his wife are very friendly. They had firewood, charcoal and lots of ice ready for us to just unpack and braai. The pub just down the road is also very friendly and the spar is also very helpful and friendly. Jessie's Place has everything that you need - Free WiFi, full DStv, air con and lots more. The view is so amazing, wish that we had a place like that, as it is really a home away from home.

From the moment we arrived there, we were welcomed. The place is beautifully decorated, with absolutely every sweet thing one can think of. Iron, ironing board, enough towels, binoculars, hairdryer, etc. Jessie's Place really went the extra mile.

The little place is cosy especially when we were there - sunshine but cold and very strong winds. Kind and helpful host. Bit small for a long stay, but if you're out and about it is ideal. Tiny bathroom - my husband is big and tall and couldn't sit on the toilet properly, I am short and my knees almost reached the wall. And the shower also isn't really suitable for a big person. Otherwise, lots of little estras such as coffee, tea, tissues, shampoo, etc., beautifully appointed.

Apartment has absolutely everything (scissors, flashlight, binoculars, playing cards, snips etc.) and it's rounded off with a "female touch" that can be found in few places. Beautiful place, friendly people who immediately make you feel at home.

The wind was blowing fiercely so it was not ideal to spend the night in a wooden house. The people were lovely but I have to admit that even in Plett I paid cheaper per night 60 m from the beach with breakfast.

We would recommend Jessie's Place to everyone. After I made the booking on LekkeSlaap, Leon (the owner) called me the morning we had to arrive to conform whether everything was still in order with our visit. When we arrived we were greeted by Monica and Leon (the friendliest host and hostess we have ever met). Our accommodation was beautifully furnished and gets a 10 out of 10 (the sea view is breathtaking). Monica and Leon constantly came to hear whether everything was still in order, after they have already prepared EVERYTHING for us (including ice, their own braai with wood, and even their garage which Leon both made available as we had a trailer as well). A small chocolate and a pack of snacks, as well as ice cold bottled water waited for us in the rooms. All the small things one sees and appreciates very much. So. Leon and Monica, you get full marks for a beautiful place and excellent service. We hope to one day stay here again when we are in the area.

Jessie's Place has everything you need and the sea view is fantastic. Leon knows the meaning of hospitality and he was very helpful. Quiet, safe area away from the hectic city, but very close to new shopping mall. My wife and I stayed two nights, almost as quiet as the Karoo.

It is probably the cleanest place that we have ever stayed at. The view over the ocean is breathtaking! Everything that you would need is there. We really enjoyed the couple of days and saw a lot of dolphins. We felt safe in all respects. I would recommend this place to anyone and hope to visit again soon.
Ai, if it wasn't for Leon's helpfulness and Monica's personal care with the welcoming gifts, I wouldn't feel so bad about moaning. It is exactly all of that that one "needs" to make the small roof space and storage space even smaller. And the electrical wiring that is supplied made me wonder if our holiday insurance is in place. Yes, the toilet is very uncomfortable. The safe parking that I enquired about and that is advertised as "locked up, undercover, safe", is in reality just off the street parking. Otherwise we had a lovely time.

It was fantastic just to return to stars, moon and sea. No street lights. It was blissful! Seaview is nice and close to als. I could wake up every day and have a nice peaceful time with the most beautiful view and I could go and do what I wanted within a reasonable distance. The welcome was excellent and Leon is very hospitable. He went out of his way to make everything fun and also tell us about places we could go. I would recommend it to anyone. It is peaceful and you can rest well.
