Always so nice and cozy at Jill Rose Guest House. Extremely clean, tidy and you sleep well!
Would say it's standard - nothing exceptional. Think the town's service delivery does more damage to the visitors' experience.
The breakfast was very nice and the staff were very friendly, will use them again when we are there in Dullstroom.
It was neat and clean. Just a few things that need attention. Ketel's lid was broken and could not be opened. The bathroom's one light does not work. The one bedside lamp's screen was broken.
Neat, spacious and clean. Would have loved it if there were braai facilities.

The guest house is well equipped, but the garden is badly neglected. Pool is chaotic. Then no one informed me where I had to collect keys. Was going from one place to another to find out where to book and it was quite awkward.

No one lets you know where to get a key. During the stay, no one asks if everything is still in order, e.g. TV has signal problem, WiFi doesn't work, pool doesn't look as clean as advertised.

Beautiful place, with the most beautiful rooms.
We arrived onsite and was helped quite quickly to get the keys and location of our unit. We were sent an SMS shortly after we booked in to suggest we move our motorcycle to the back of the unit where it will be much safer and away for street view as a precaution. We enjoyed the stay and loved the fact that we had really warm water all of the time. Overall a good experience.

Thanks so much that we could feel at home. The rooms were equipped for winter with electric blankets on the beds and air conditioning. Coffee and tea-making facilities, with cutlery, microwave and bar fridge. We stayed in Crimson Cascade at the back of the plot. The rooms are serviced daily. Delicious breakfast at the restaurant and the staff were so friendly. Will definitely be back and recommend you to others.

The room was kept clean and was very comfortable. The color shade and light in the master bedroom could perhaps be reconsidered, as well as the color of the sinks, but it was by no means unpleasant. The rooms have a lot of space, especially the bathroom. The room was also kept tidy and the facilities were excellent. Safety was no problem. We would definitely recommend the unit and visit again. Picking up the key was easy and quick.
The room was comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast was tasty and the atmosphere welcoming.
