34 guests' feedbackKairos has a lot of potential. The garden is very beautiful. Self-catering accommodation for two people does not meet the requirements for a 4-star rating. There is no sink to wash the dishes well, there are no containers, bowls, ladles or tongs. The cost of the accommodation is not value for money.

The accommodation is safe and tidy. We were warmly received even though it was already late in the evening. Would definitely suggest it for accommodation in Middelburg.
Advertisement was not accurate. Flat in house was noisier than expected, especially with guests arriving and doorbell ringing in evenings. Is also not self-catering, only take-aways could be heated up. Place to sit in living room for 3 people. Little table to eat for 2 people. Not big enough for a 3 bedroom flat with potentially 5 people to be in the living area at the same time. Perfect for 3 people who only require a place to sleep and refresh and relax a little.

Was a lovely room, clean and very comfortable with everything you could need.
It was a nice clean and peaceful stay. As a large group we were able to use the outside seating area to be together and the kids enjoyed the pool after a hot ride. Unfortunately, the permanent residents made us feel very unwelcome by briefly glaring at us.
Very friendly reception, the apartment is clean and tidy, secure parking. Will use Kairos again.
The total impression we have on our stay is very positive. Furniture, bed and bedding are of excellent quality. The environment is lovely quiet. It is easy to recommend Kairos.

Location is very good.
Very poor accommodation, floors dirty, couch broken, wrong unit and reply to request, but not understanding the request at all.
Unfortunately, I will not be able to say that the accommodation is 4-star. We had a nice stay, but the couch in the living room is very uncomfortable. We also feel that the towels are a bit old for a place that markets itself as 4 star. The place is very neat and it's cleaning lady comes daily to clean which is a bonus.

We enjoyed our stay at Kairos Home. Reception was very friendly and helpful. The unit was spacious enough for four people to stay very comfortable. Kitchen is very well equipped. Bathroom spotless. Highly recommended.

The antique furniture made staying there difficult. Couldn't use the table due to not having enough mats.

The flat was neat and clean, and was cleaned again the second day with clean bedding. The owners were sincere and we felt very much at home. The location was perfect for us and was close tot the shopping center. The garden is beautiful.
