Stayed over en route to Port Alfred. It was fine, we slept well and had a nice shower in the morning.
The stay was very comfortable.
Mark and Gwyneth went out of their way to make us feel at home and make our stay as comfortable as possible.
The guesthouse is under construction. There is no security for vehicles. The rooms are very small and the double beds are against the wall. There are 2 showers without doors and the third bathroom did not have hot water. The faucets are not very tight on the sinks. There was also no provision made for power cuts, and there were only 3 candles on our arrival. The contractors also made a lot of noise when they reported for work the next morning. The receptionist was half-sitting-lying in the living room, watching TV and playing on a mobile phone.
However, no facilities to pay electronically, no plugs in bathroom and bedside lamps not working. No information about places to eat or map of the town.
The stay for one night was very pleasant.
