It's just amazing to come across staff members who are so friendly. Oh, and by the way, I accidentally left my charger there, and they were kind in helping me retrieve it.

The warm welcome we got when we arrived was absolutely cherishing. The place is quite and has more privacy which we expected. We not just want to come back but wants to come with our friends as couples. Your service is excellent.
Me and my cousin we enjoyed our stay there the staff was really kind and welcomed us with warm hands.
The room is well and nicely equipped for a night or two's sleepover.
The service received was poor, the lady at the reception constantly reminded me that she told me a minimum stay over the weekend is two days but instead I booked via the website, the next morning they came to our room and told us that we needed to be out by 10:00 which was ok because it's check out time and we asked them nicely if we can have our meal outside our rooms because we delayed in preparing our breakfast but the lady refused saying that we must be out of the premises. I'm still disappointed in the service received.
The staff needs to be more flexible such small things will make you lose business. I thought I will let is slide but when I was refused breakfast because breakfast is only at 08:00, it was the cherry on top. They did not even want us to have cereal and I mean how long does it take to make egg this is uncalled for we paid for breakfast and had a long journey ahead.
Will definitely come back. The rooms where nice and clean.

Enjoyed our time there. Would just have preferred to have aircon as it was quite hot. The accommodation is superb and peaceful.

Was received with great kindness and shown where my room is. After the lady made sure I knew and understood where everything was and how it worked, I was left alone to find myself. Breakfast the next morning was delicious! The cleaning ladies also worked in such a way that you could hardly notice they were there, although we could also joke with each other, fine sense of humor contributed to an unforgettable few days of rest. I recommend anyone to go and relax there! Thank you all of you.

Light/extractor fan in bathroom is very disturbing. Can place one or two ice bowls in the freezer. The lack of lace curtains in front of the windows is a problem for privacy.

Rooms neat and the beds were amazing, soft, felt like you were in heaven and did not want to get out of bed. The staff Charyt and Memory were amazing! Friendly and accommodating and were there at all times! Not forgetting the warm welcome we received from the 2 dogs who stay on the property, in the rain and decided to make them in our room. The only down fall was the noisy extractor in the bathroom.
I would choose the place again. Staff very friendly. The breakfast was the best. Will refer any person to you.

The staff is very friendly, helpful and attentive. However, our room was at the back of the house. Lots of privacy but we would have preferred a room with a pool view. The place was very neat and clean. Breakfast was delicious with more than we could eat.
We had a fantastic vacation at Khaya, very relaxing and the best breakfast ever, a very nice lapa with TV which kept us relaxed in the property.

The place was very neat. The gardens are well maintained. The staff very pleasant, Shylet in particular. Parking, though, is insufficient when the place is full.
