49 guests' feedbackThis was our second visit. It is very suitable for a one-night stay if you are visiting Ermelo or on a trip. It would help a lot if a door (sliding door) could be fitted to the bathroom. The linen was of good quality and the room clean and fresh. The bed can be upgraded, and the shower head can be cleaned or replaced (hardly any water comes out). The breakfast was top notch. We can recommend the guest house and would be happy to stay there again.

Beautiful and neat guest house located on a farm. The large porch is a lovely place to relax and enjoy the scenery!

The room was very small with one twin bed pushed up against the wall. Towels were threadbare, no hand towel. There was no small fridge or hairdryer. When there are 2 people sharing a twin room, there should be 2 chairs to sit on; only 1 was supplied. Breakfast was very good. We could not sit on the patio as there was a meeting, and all we could hear were the loud speakers.
It was very nice and will definitely come to the guest house again. Stayed and ate very well.

Bed has already been slept through, feel free to replace it. Heater is a bit small and not the best. Also doesn't have two prong wall plug to work. Can procure better quality.

Our hostess received us kindly and explained the times of loadshedding. What a surprise, when it's such a time of no power, the farm's generator kicks in and we have electric power for the whole day. Good Wi-Fi. Quiet environment. No noise. Secure car parking.

Always great to get the opportunity to stay in a place with lots of history. Good views from the stoep and away from the noise and bustle of Ermelo. The room, with its high ceilings had a feeling of history. The dinner was very tasty. The manager friendly. Happy memories.
What a beautiful house in the beautiful surroundings. Friendly staff with a delicious breakfast. Clean and tidy with a great log fire. Our room was a bit small for 2 single beds, but there are also beautiful large rooms with double bed facilities.
Kralinbergh Guest House is the perfect rest stop in Ermelo.

First impressions of the dignified farmhouse with its cozy porch hidden among giant acorn trees were impressive. Our room (number 1) combines all the modern conveniences with old-world charm. Theresa is a helpful and pleasant hostess and excellent cook. Our dinner and breakfast were exquisite and tasty. Just be warned that temperatures in Ermelo are much lower than those on the Lowveld or Hibiscus coast. Only 11°C in the morning when we left!

Beautiful renovated old farmhouse. Clean and neat, very comfortable bed. Good breakfast enjoyed before we hit the road again. If you're looking for a place to stay in Ermelo, this is a great option.

It's a pity they don't do dinners as returning to Kralinbergh, it's dark and difficult to find and the N11 is very busy.
The place is very beautiful and the people are very friendly. Would recommend anyone to go there anytime.
I booked to stay here, but left shortly after arriving. I phoned ahead to book dinner but the lady made it quite clear that town was close enough for me to go to in order to get a meal, but would cook if she really had to. I booked a specific room, but was obviously given the one that was smallest and easier to clean. The room was freezing with only a very noisy fan blowing hot air. The TV did not work. I had to go looking for the manager/owner a few times to get assistance in the room but had to wander around the whole property to find her. The room has no privacy as the only window looks out onto the veranda where the owner/manager stands smoking. I eventually decided to take my chances on the road rather than risk a sleepless night at the guesthouse which wasn't looking very promising at that stage.

Hospitality is of the highest quality. Guesthouse is neat and clean. The day before arrival we were called to find out what time we would be there. During the power outage we were also informed and also the arrangements made so that we are not inconvenienced. Wonderful experience!
Reception was warm and prompt.
Just stayed one night in a well equipped wheelchair friendly room and spacious bathroom.
Although security is not high on the priority list (entry gate left open for the night) I would stay there again.
It was only one night, but it was definitely worth the trip. When we are in the area again, we will stay at Kralinbergh again. The staff were helpful and the rooms were more than we expected from a guest house. Thank you very much for the nice evening! See you next time.
