15 guests' feedbackNeat apartment. Nice close to the main beach, bedding and kitchenware need an urgent refurbishment. Parking covered is incredibly small and narrow for a large vehicle, I could not park there.
Not happy with website at all. Or not with unity. The toilet was broken, the shower door was faulty, all the cupboard doors scraped on the ground. The unit's parking is so small I bumped my Amarok when I had to drive in there. It is said in 3 different ways and papers that you must stop in your allocated parking, otherwise you will be fined. The photos give you a misperception that you can walk out of the unit onto the lawn and that is not the case at all. The DStv only worked for 2 days, after many messages I didn't get any feedback and for the rest of the period I didn't have DStv and it was raining so it was really annoying. The cutlery is 100 years old and cheap, the pans are so old, everything burns and I went to buy new pans, because no one can struggle like that. In the pictures it shows a large TV and it was not the case either. The TV is small and the wall is not even painted where the old TV was. Worst holiday ever. Even the guard told me the owner doesn't park in the unit's parking because it's too small.
All fault I can mention is, we asked for a cleaner once, they came but didn't bring any extra black bags or toilet paper, we asked many times but they never came. Had to go and buy it myself in the end. But otherwise, as mentioned, it was really an incredibly nice time and place.
The accommodation met all our requirements. We all really enjoyed it. In terms of booking and collecting the key, the services were great. Everything was perfect. Would recommend any one.
The only problem we had was the Wi-Fi, we didn't know that there was no Wi-Fi but other than that everything was perfect.
The unit was very neat and clean, conveniently close to the beach (can't see or hear the ocean) but within walking distance of Willard Beach. There is even a gate to walk through to Checkers which was very convenient. Very nice stay.
Dirty and unkept apartment.
Faulty doorknob. Locked out twice. TV is a problem with single remote. Cable was replaced 2 days before departure.
The staff was very friendly.
Very safe and convenient for everyone. Very nice for family visits too.
Clean, neat. Because it is such a large accommodation block we had a bit of trouble with noise that you hear from the floors above you.
Toilet had been used prior to my arrival and not flushed, oven and microwave were dirty, fridge did not seal properly and thus leaked moisture, plug for kitchen basin was not the correct one so you would have to leave the tap open while washing dishes.
The windows were dirty and toilet gave problems, unfortunately.
