On arrival we wanted to upgrade and it was not available otherwise it was clean and tidy. The breakfast was delicious will definitely go there again.
They gave us a document with arrangements. The main restaurant would only be open on certain days. When we got to the Brasserie restaurant's door there was a notice informing us that it is open on Friday and Saturday from 18:00 to 22:00. When we wanted to book we were informed that it was closed. If it wasn't for the beautiful view, I would have already booked out on Friday. Looking back at all the mistakes, I made a mistake by staying.

The hotel is lovely and I enjoyed it very much.
I honestly would not go to that hotel again. Beautiful hotel with the most beautiful view, but people are super unfit, especially the waiters. It doesn't help that you sit with such a hotel and the customer service is not there to speak of.
The building is dilapidated. You don't pay dearly, but you get a room at the top of a busy road. The photos are misleading, it doesn't look like that anymore. The people who work there are very helpful and friendly, but the accommodation itself leaves much to be desired.
Noise until 01:30 in the morning! Dirty!
The room was not clean by 14:00.
Check-in at the hotel was quick and without any problems. Room was clean and luxurious. Covered parking is free and reassuring. Beautiful view of Table Mountain. Beach is safe and offers the opportunity to go for a long walk. Clearly, the hotel is popular with the number of foreign visitors.

Lagoon Beach has some of the friendliest staff I've ever come across, just a shame their food is so awful. The breakfast leaves much to be desired, and the rest is also not at all what one expects from such a fancy hotel.
Extremely competent staff, very nice and comfortable rooms with a beautiful view and delicious food.
