Excellent accommodation, well located with magnificent sea views from lounge and bedroom of Table Mountain. Fail safe security, which included a lock-up garage. Well located - shops within easy walking distance. Katja helpful and friendly with queries and advice. Traffic access to Cape Town easily managed from this area.
Would recommend it anytime. Would love to have laundry facilities in the unit to give it an even better rating.

We were received very kindly by the owner, Katja. She showed us the security card and gave us the WiFi code. Unlimited access to the Internet becomes almost a must with accommodation of this nature. DStv in our case of no value. The apartment is clean and tidy. From all rooms, even the bathroom, beautiful view of Table Mountain and the surrounding area.
Apartment has a nice view of Table Mountain and Robben Island, very good security with lock-up parking. It is close to the city and beaches such as Sunset Beach Blouberg etc. is about a 5 min drive from the apartment. Several large business centers also very close. Beach itself within walking distance. Quiet environment. Would definitely recommend it.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was neat and the views were a dream to experience. Everything was just awesome! I recommend Lagoon Views Apartment for tourists. I will definitely stay in Lagoon View Apartments again.
No cleaners. No fresh towels. No clean sheets. No toilet paper. No WiFi. Faulty elevator - guests frequently got stuck in the elevator. The building was being renovated and there was no stairs access.
The apartment is indeed very conveniently centrally located and has good security. It is well equipped, but does not have DStv, if that is a requirement for guests. The building is currently undergoing renovation (October 2015) which is noisy and dusty between 8am and 4pm. The work should be finished by December. We will definitely stay there again if we go to the Cape.
We had a great stay and will definitely go back to the place again.
Neat and comfortable place with sea and Table Mountain view. Safety is a very good option. Close to Shoprite and Spar and also close to the restaurant on Woodbridge Island. Thank you very much for the effort!
Would recommend it to anyone who can appreciate the beautiful setting over the lagoon and Cape Town. Will use the apartment again in the future.

Comfortable for two people!
The owner likes to fix the garage door and replace light bulbs long before guests arrive. Accommodation is pretty neat, but the floor needs soap and water as well as a curtain in the bathroom. However, the positives of the stay, as indicated above, exceed these small complaints.
