Our family with two teenagers and a primary school child really enjoyed the time at Laguna La Crete 11. The apartment is fantastically located, well equipped and beautifully furnished. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We would love to visit Laguna 11 again.

Laguna le Crete is perfectly situated. It's very close to the beach and has a pool. Apartment is very clean, modern, comfortable and has everything you need. Enjoyed a relaxing, comfortable few days.
Despite other complexes opening pools after complaints and the fact that later we were only about 5 families in the complex, Laguna trustees just acted unreasonably with closing the pool. Owners may also have to negotiate with Uvongo to restore lagoon sanitation if it breaks, because the beach was already closed before lockdown due to burst pipes. One goes to Laguna not to drive around and that would not have been possible with Lagoon Beach closed.

Our stay at Launga La Crete 11 was amazing, we are a LGBT family who love the beach and fishing, therefore this location is perfect. The unit itself is so well-equipped, you feel like you really are at a home away from home, from the little details of having good crockery and cutlery to the personal touch added by courtesy phone calls from Heidi to ensure that we arrived safely and were happy as well as a follow up and ensure we got back home safely. We holiday in Uvongo 4 times a year and will definitely be looking to stay in this specific unit in future.
This accommodation has lovely sea views, a balcony with a lounge suite and a dining table with a gas braai. It consists of 3 rooms of which we only used the master bedroom with an en-suite. Very neat with secure parking. The only downfall here is the end of the stay which has a cleaning fee to wash the linen. I think that is a bit much as the cleaning service there charges much less per day.

Good location and safe and peaceful.
We were cold at night, hence the family got the flu. We tried warming the rooms when drying our clothes in the dryer. Not a major issue but there were contractors working in the next unit which was an inconvenience to us, as we had to leave due to the drilling and banging. We arrived after lunch only to find they had not completed the scope of their work. Aside from this, we had a great time and will come back again.

We have stayed at Laguna units several times and this one was one of the best. Comfortable on the first floor with 180 degree sea view, swimming pool nearby and beach access. Unit is nice, clean and tidy with everything you need for your stay. Space of the unit is comfortable with plus point deep freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Laguna La Crete 11 is the ideal place to relax with a beautiful sea view on your veranda. It's very modern and neat. Good location and pool was ideal if not going to the beach. Working and clean roof fans. Friendly security and felt safe. Child friendly unit
The place has everything you need. It's very safe, with a fantastic sea view, very well equipped, clean and tidy. We had a very nice stay and will definitely stay there again for vacation and definitely recommend it to others.

Everything in this unit was absolutely fabulous, just how we would expect on a holiday. We were very comfortable in all aspects and really enjoyed our stay. From arrival to departure everything was GREAT! The service in advance: GREAT! The service during: GREAT! The place is neat. The kitchen has everything and more. Decent pots and pans. Decent cutlery. The rooms are spacious enough. The beds sleep well. Decent roof fans that run super quietly. Very nice porch with an enormously beautiful view. We got up early every morning to see the sun rise. The stoep is nice and big with a decent outdoor table and chairs. Nice gas grill too. I can honestly recommend Laguna Crete 11 very highly. We enjoyed it from start to finish. We had a very nice stay. The apartment is clean, tidy and located in a good location with everything you would need when on holiday. The sea view is wonderful and lulls you to sleep in the evening. The owner kept in touch and provided good communication! The only problem we encountered was that Van Heerden Letting was not aware of our booking and had to call LekkeSlaap first to confirm. It would also be better if one could get two sets of keys for when people want to go in two different directions.
We had a wonderful time at Laguna La Crete. It was clean, beautiful and we didn't want to leave. I would most certainly recommend it to someone who wants the quiet beauty away from city living.
All that was an annoyance was the inventory we had to complete. Many of the contents were not in the places according to the inventory and we had to search for the things. I feel that Van Heerden Letting is responsible for ensuring that everything is in its place according to the list. No guest likes to look for things. We had no contact with Van Heerden Letting. No arrangements were made by them from where to pick up the keys. The owner called a while before we arrived. The owner is a very pleasant person and her place is really recommended!
