The two most helpful ladies are there to receive you. The price includes breakfast and is excellent value for money. Everything for overnight accommodation is available.
Very welcoming, would recommend as a convenient overnight stop if entering KNP at the Phalaborwa Gate. Nice, friendly reception and staff.
For a single man everything was perfect thank you. It is not for people looking for new modern and white rooms. But everything was clean, comfortable and safe.
We were received by 2 very friendly ladies who went out of their way to help us. It is a beautiful old house with a lot of potential as a guest house. The garden and premises are very neat. After a long drive from Klerksdorp we were able to relax. Breakfast was nice. After unpacking we were able to have drinks at the bar. Our television wouldn't work that night, but that was out of their control. When we left the next morning we wanted to pay for the drinks, but the ladies wouldn't accept payment as the television wasn't working.
Will definitely stay here again.
Lalamo Guest House is a very pleasant guest house with spacious rooms and ample parking.

Bathroom light not working. Candles in loadshedding ─ can probably at least give each room a rechargeable light.
DSTV did not work. The room was not up to standard in terms of cleaning. Dust in the sink? Toilet roll holder is broken and lying on the windowsill of the bathroom with a lot of dust on it as well. WiFi signal is extremely weak. They can charge more for accommodation and offer a better breakfast instead. Have experienced much better in guesthouses.

The bathrooms were very dirty, especially the showers. The beds don't fit together at all. The WiFi is not working. There were cockroaches running around. The woman was not helpful.

Maintenance required to rooms. Broken drain cover in shower, TV required tuning and pillow coming loose at the seams. These are raised to draw attention to management. The overall stay experience was great. Very good value and the staff are incredibly friendly.
The lady is friendly and happy to help. She even ironed our clothes which we needed the next day.

The guest house is already old with old furniture, but people are friendly and very helpful. Place is clean and tidy. You get what you pay for.

Ideal for a rested start to your holiday in the Kruger National Park. The guest house is in a quiet street, everything is clean and tidy and the hostess is friendly and helpful. A plus would be a bigger fridge in the room to keep the fresh produce cold overnight.

The surroundings and garden are quiet, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The guest house is clean, though not modern and very tasteful. The breakfast is adequate. I'll stay in Lalamo again.

The room was really neat and clean. It's a bit cramped if you want to sit and relax or watch TV. We just lay on the bed. The cute treat on the bed really makes you feel at home.

We booked into this tranquil guest house on our way back to Gauteng after five wonderful days in the Kruger Park. We were not disappointed! We were met by the owner of Lala Mo and shown to our rooms which were invitingly cosy and immaculately clean. Gift baskets of tempting goodies awaited us and were most appreciated. The en-suite bathrooms were sparkling clean and in good working order. The rooms are small and compact, quite suitable for an overnight stay. The following morning an amazing breakfast was served in a neat dining room. An excellent way to start the new day and tackle the long journey back to Gauteng. Lala Mo means "Sleep here" and we will not hesitate to make use of this guest house again.
We enjoyed our 2 night stay. The owner was very friendly and upgraded us to a double room, as we had booked the wrong room. We really appreciated the free bottle of red wine, what a nice gesture!

The room was neat and the service was great. I just struggled a bit because there's no mirror near the plug and I couldn't blow dry my hair. There was a mirror in the bathroom and in the closet, but couldn't reach it with the hairdryer. Except for this, everything was perfect.
There were 2 rooms booked and when I arrived Lalamo was only aware of 1. Luckily my colleague had to cancel and go home otherwise we would have had a big problem!
Room 4 was very cramped. Everything else was fine. It was only for one night after all. There was a power point for our freezers. Manager very helpful with internet and providing ice. We got snacks and a complimentary bottle of wine too.

We were very spoiled upon our arrival. Received kindly and helped with everything they could. The room and bathroom were very neat and clean. With a small baby, we really missed a microwave, but we used the one in the office with permission. We will definitely stay there again.

Room 1 is very small, can create more space by rearranging the furniture. Other rooms seem to be more spacious. Received a very friendly welcome, the place is very clean and the breakfast was very nice. Good value for money.

We enjoyed the stay at Lalamo Guest House. We were kindly welcomed and the breakfast the next morning was excellent. The only problem was that the bathroom, especially the shower, needs a good cleaning. The bathroom can also be upgraded. However, we will certainly use Lalamo Guest House again.
On our way to the KNP we stopped over at the Lalamo Guest House for the night. We arrived late and were pleasantly surprised at the warm and courteous manner we were received. Management could not do enough to please my wife and I and two overseas guests we had with us. A truly heartwarming experience.

We were 7 adults and 4 children and it was a lovely weekend. Everyone came and went as they pleased, family members came to say hello and we barbecued by the pool and we pretty much took over the place. The children walked around the beautiful garden and took photos. The staff were so friendly and available all the time if anyone wanted to ask anything and the breakfast was really just as delicious. The children could walk from one room to another without us worrying about their safety. Had a fabulous weekend.

We were in Wildtuin then every day. So breakfast was not an option for us, because we were out too early in the morning. But for sure would have preferred to be able to eat dinner there, or even just a microwave in the room would have worked, to heat up food. But I have to say, we asked on the 2nd night if they would reheat our food and the owner was kind enough to help with that. So we can't complain about service at all. We were generously spoiled with our goodies and bottle of wine on our arrival, which made us feel so special.

We had a friendly reception. The owner/manager is a little nervous but very helpful. Our room with 3 beds was spacious enough and very neat. We were surprised with a bottle of Namaqua Merlot as a welcoming gift. It was very special. We will recommend people to go there.
We looked for a place where we could stay for one night. Lalamo was the best priced and was in the area we wanted to be. Room is neat and practical but a bit cramped. Staff was very friendly and everything was well arranged. Breakfast was delicious. No complaints.
