92 guests' feedbackWe slept over on the way to the Lowveld. It was wonderful to be able to spend the night in this beautiful place. Delicious breakfast and everyone was very hospitable and friendly. We felt very much at home. Will definitely use the accommodation at Lamor again.

This was my second visit to Lamor and I doubt I would recommend the guest house without a second thought. The host and wife are considerate, friendly, helpful and extremely concerned about the guests' comfort and happiness. The rooms are spacious, the cards unbroken and bathroom top class facilities. Linen fresh and super comfortable, the breakfast tasty and plenty. Parking if you drive a large SUV or van is tricky, but that's probably the least of your worries. Really 5/5!
So comfortable it was sleeping on a cloud. Very attentive to our needs! Would be my first choice for stay in Middelburg.

Lamor Guest House is just "next level". We have been there on a previous occasion and once again everything is just as clean, comfortable and everything in its place. Arrival was easy and check-in was even easier. The breakfast the next morning was incredibly delicious. The owners were extremely friendly and just wanted to know how they could make my time with them easier - extra coffee for my room if I wanted. Ideal accommodation for business travelers and overnight stays with your significant other. The location is good, the staff is hospitable, the service is great, the rooms are extremely neat and clean, everything works and the breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend the guest house.

This is my Guest House of choice whenever I am on business in Middelburg. It has everything I need - for business requirements (desk for working/sufficient plugs/excellent wi-fi). I just love the fact that the Guest House provides a home away from home feeling. The room and bathroom are spacious with lovely room decor. An additional plus was the wonderful bathtub to soak in and an electric blanket for the cold nights. I will definitely be back again. This Guest house comes highly recommended!

Guesthouse is very clean and tidy. There were just a lot of mosquitoes because of the lot of rain and water in the area. Would just recommend maybe putting a can of Doom in the rooms. The electric fence around the guest house brought a sense of security.

A peaceful atmosphere and easy access to the R555 make it ideal as an overnight stop on the way somewhere or for a longer stay.

We called them on Saturday morning to ask if we may arrive a little earlier because we attend a wedding at 3 o'clock. The owner has kindly agreed. We were warmly welcomed at our arrival. The room is from the top shelves - neat, clean and tasteful. We immediately felt at home. The owner has shown us the rest of the place and I can honestly say it is beautiful. There is a wide variety of beverages available in the public fridge and we are trusted to write our purchases in a book to pay later. Unfortunately, we were not there for a long time and left early Sunday morning and could not comment on the breakfast options. Will definitely recommend Lamor Guest House for any person needing accommodation in Middelburg.

The parking lot is slightly too small and inconsiderate guests parked in such a way that we could not get out right away, something to keep in mind if you have to decide where you want to park. The view over all of Middelburg's glittering lights was quite special just outside the guesthouse's premises. Thank you we slept well!

The owners warmly welcomed us and made us feel at home right away. We got the room we booked (what we saw on the photo) and was very tidy, clean and stylishly furnished. There was a large 50 cm TV in the room with full DStv, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Definitely 5 star quality. The breakfast the next morning was prepared by the two of them and was delicious and sufficient to me as a man. Will recommend the guesthouse to anyone.

Went out of their way to help the elderly ladies in every way. They even took them to their destinations and picked them up for the function and reason why they were in Middelburg.
