The main bedroom has a double bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a toilet, basin, and shower. The fully equipped kitchen contains a gas stove, 1960’s 3-plate stove, a fridge, a small freezer, a microwave, utensils and crockery. The spacious lounge has a TV with selected DStv channels, and leads out to the verandah, which features a basin to wash hands, and overlooking the fire pit braai area. There is a solar-heated Jacuzzi that guests can use.
Secure parking is available. There is a standby water tank if needed. Guests are welcome to visit the restaurant, liquor store, and public swimming pool available in the village.

Very nice stay. It wasn't the first time and hopefully won't be the last.
A place where you come to rest, without any noise, just the silence and the animals that walk around you and that only makes it more special.
It wasn't. Leeupoort Boshuis exceeded all our expectations and we will definitely visit again. It was our first time at the Forest House as well as at the Holiday Village itself, but we couldn't get enough. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything from an ice cream "scoop" to a grater (a decent one that works properly), good pots, pans etc. There are extra blankets and heaters in the rooms and fans and air conditioning as well. The photos don't really do the place "justice" and we were very pleasantly surprised upon arrival. Domestic animals come to visit every afternoon and the night owls are plentiful and dear on one's doorstep. It was all a great treat and for the price, you can't ask or get better!

The house was neat and clean. We got very good communication continuously. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The Jaquzzi on the veranda was a big plus. With the rechargeable lights and gas stove, load shedding wasn't even a problem. I would recommend the house anytime.

Your photos don't do the house justice. It's gorgeous. The vintage-modern mix of quirky furniture makes the experience even more enjoyable. Seeing the animals so close to the house when they come to the waterhole and when they eat the "bush food" we bought at the gate is incredible. Your entertainment area with the braai, wood pit, boma, dart board and Jacuzzi provides hours of entertainment and the options to cool down or heat up depending on the weather is fantastic. We would highly recommend the experience. Thanks so much.
It was an experience for us and the children to have the animals so close to you. Kudus, blue wildebeest, vlakkies, nyalas and more came to stand outside our little house and say hello every day. The house is very beautiful and each room has its own aircon for cold winter or even hot summers. The owners have definitely found a gem here.
Leeupoort is a beautiful and peaceful environment. We like to visit there.
If worth it, will book again, this time just for longer.

The location is perfect. The house is perfectly furnished for young and old. The meeting area with jacuzzi on the veranda works for everyone to hang out together. The facilities inside the house are clean and tidy and everything works perfectly.

We are happy again in the Bosveld. The place is comfortable and well furnished. We received very good service. I would just suggest sending a card to the customer if they are there for the first time. The animals came to visit every day. The most enjoyable was of course the jacuzzi. It's safe enough for teenagers to walk there. We will go again, it is really very peaceful.
