Leopard's Valley offers comfortable private cottages, tucked away in a secluded garden. We have 5 units where each unit sleeps 3 people.
Room 1 consists of a double bed and 1 single bed, which sleeps 3. Room 2 has a double bed and 3 single beds, which is perfect for a family of 5. Room 3 can sleep 4, either having a king size bed which can be converted into 2 single beds, as well as a single bed and a sleeper couch.
Room 4 can sleep 3, also either having a king size bed which can be converted into 2 single beds, as well as an extra single bed. Room 5 is a 2-bedroom unit, which can sleep 4. It too, can either have a king size bed which can be converted into 2 single beds, in each bedroom, depending on your needs. Room 6 accommodates 3 guests and is furnished with a double bed and a single bed.
All units are completely self catering with en-suite bathrooms. Towels and linen is provided for your convenience.
Park your car or your trailer with peace of mind, in the large, safe and secure off-street parking area adjacent to the cottages. The establishment is also pet friendly so your furry friends can tag along.
Feel free to ask the owners about any local activities in our historic little town. From game viewing in the nearby National Park, to dining in some of the Karoo's award winning restaurants.

Good affordable accommodation.
It was easy to find the place. The reception was quick and friendly. Room was pretty neat and clean. The decor is beautiful and homely. Close to shops and eateries. Adequate and safe parking.
We were received with real Karoo hospitality! Secure parking was a bonus as our vehicle was packed to the brim. Well placed close to the main street but we didn't hear any traffic. Firm mattress made sure that we slept well and could rest well.

It was very pleasant to spend the night in such a peaceful environment. We were received very very kindly. The house is equipped with just about everything one needs. It was lovely to hang out under the beautiful big pepper trees until late at night.

We loved this unit. Unpretentious, well stocked, and a feeling that much thought and care had gone into the décor maintaining an old school atmosphere while supplying all the comforts needed by travel weary guests. A warm welcome and friendly welcome by Kevin.

Good beds and everything of good quality.
Place could do with maintenance. Shower head and faucets terribly dirty and worn, water supply pathetic. Shower outlet is blocked, so water does not drain out. Power point is totally overloaded. Outside wooden garden furniture not usable at all due to paint that peels off. No air conditioners and TV very small. Towel rail's one screw fell out when we wanted to hang the towel.
Although on the small side for 3 people, the room was clean and served its purpose for us as a place to sleep. Everything is clean and the garden is nice to sit in to relax. Bathroom could use an upgrade. Ample parking behind secure perimeter. Thanks for the stay.
Nice space and cute apartment units with braai facilities. We had a nice stay there with our dogs and family.

Our little house was old and dilapidated and not very clean.

The unit was clean and tidy, but was a bit overpriced for what you get. The towels were a bit frayed. Linen was clean and tidy. We paid for 4 people, but the one bed is a sleeper couch with a steel pipe in the middle, you couldn't sleep on it. Just needs a little TLC, or just lower the price.
A bit hot if Eskom decides to turn off power and fan stops.

Cottage no. 3 had all the necessities for our stay. The manager was extremely helpful as we had car trouble and arrived late, and needed local information to acquire a tyre. The stay was very pleasant.
A pleasant, neat, comfortable and safe stopover in a very pretty town with enough tourist attractions for visitors. We were welcomed by the owner upon arrival. Unfortunately, due to the really wet weather (although rain is always welcome in the Karoo), we were unable to explore Graaff Reinet more.

I travel between L'Agulhas and Gauteng once or twice a year. Graaf-Reinet is my preferred overnight stop on the way back. This time I stayed at Leopard's Valley Guest Cottages. I was received very kindly and my room was assigned immediately. I had a great stay in a quiet environment and had safe parking for my car as well. Thank you, I will come again.

Kevin welcomed us kindly and made us feel at home. The unit is neat and a comfortable overnight facility.
We (and our 2 border collies) were kindly welcomed. The room has everything you need and there is a nice place for the dogs to run around and sniff. There was also room for us to store meat in a freezer overnight. The walls are unfortunately a bit thin and our neighbors were visiting until late at night, so we slept a bit badly.

We had a wonderful stay. Accommodation was well furnished with even nice biscuits. The people were very hospitable and there was enough safe parking for cars with trailers.
Very comfortable accommodation. Kitchen fully equipped. Bathroom could do with renovation, toilet handle needs to be pulled open and if you shower and adjoining room opens room it affects the temperature of your water.
The bed mattresses where absolutely terrible. These must be from the 70's and still in use. We will not be returning as a comfortable bed is probably one of the few items these stopover spots have to offer - and they can't seem to even get this right.
Unit nice and tidy and everything you need for an overnight stay. Braai facilities clean and tidy. Host and hostess friendly and immediately made us feel at home. We will definitely stay there again.
