Another memorable, quick, family getaway. The accommodation is a getaway from home with all the necessary accessories and so much more that make for beautiful memories. The house and pool are immaculately clean. The pizza ear is an absolute winner. 10/10 for the friendly hostess who always makes sure everything is in place. Thank you, we will definitely visit again.

Awesome place we enjoyed it.
From our welcome and tour of the house to our departure was more than we expected. The house is very nice and comfortable with everything we needed. Back garden with pool was perfect, the indoor braai/hang out area was all that was needed for the windy cool evenings. Everything was clean and in working order and the rooms spacious and comfortable. We recommend it to anyone who wants to visit the Betty's Bay area.
Everything at Listening winds is so special that you can't just be there for a weekend. I would like to stay there forever if it were possible. It's the best place to just be you. Relax and relax again. Thank you for a breathtaking weekend.
Many hosts are not very accommodating, and it is likely that many guests who book holiday homes come to enjoy themselves and many times the hosts and the guests butt heads when it comes to the visit and enjoy part. Our hostess was very lovely and there was respect both ways.
The sunroom with the pizza oven was a big hit. While it rained, we were warm and entertained with our pizza making. The garden and the pool have enticed us to make a repeat visit in summer.
Friendliness starts by the moment you meet Chrissie. We had amazing time and felt safe. The house is perfect for Couples even for a nice break away for Family. Listening Wind we will see you again. This house is very modern with a great layout. Beautiful interior design and decorations. Large braai room, which became our family fun room. Great garden with privacy from neighbours. Quick stroll to stunning beach. Definitely one of our best choices in weekend getaways. We will love to go back soon.

Listening Wind is a little paradise. Everything that opens and closes is in the house! We hung out in the braai room and pool all weekend, and our dog was in seventh heaven. The house is beautifully furnished, with works of art from around the world. Each room has its own bathroom (and the secret outdoor shower was a bonus!). We will be back for sure.
It was very peaceful. The place was clean and exactly as the pictures the space was realxing and we really enjoyed the peace and quiet the beach was close by and it was really value for money we would recommend. 10/10. It was very secure and felt very homey better than expected.

Listening Wind is amazing. The location is perfect as it's just a short walk to the beach. The weekend we stayed there was quite cold and rainy but the place is great for just chilling indoors. There is a great inside chill area with a pizza oven! Needless to say, we made epic pizzas. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it and come back for another stay.

Only 500 m from the sea, beautiful views of the mountain, 3 self-contained large rooms, a green lawn, lovely outdoor table with indoor braai. Host went out of her way to repair internet on a Saturday, friendly - we would love to return.
No doubt we will be back. Our host was so wonderful, we forgot out potjie at home and she quickly organised to have one available for us the next day. The kids enjoyed playing in the amazing garden and obviously swimming to their hearts content, while the adults chilled in the entertainment area. Basically lived there the entire weekend. What a stunning place to take the family and 4 legged family to spend so well deserved R&R. We had a great time and our furry children had a secure spacious yard to run around. We had the luxury of comfort with that feeling of a home away from home. We will definitely return and will recommend this place for any pet owners who take their pets when traveling.

House rules
- Please note that no children under the age of 7 years are allowed.- The TV has a basic DStv PVR decoder with SABC 1, 2, 3, e-tv and an Access package. Arrange in advance if other viewing is required.
- Bed linen and bath towels are provided, but please bring your own beach and swimming towels.
- The home has an inside fireplace, undercover braai and pizza oven; either bring your own wood or buy from the local cafe or service station. A washing machine is provided, but you need to supply your own detergent.
- We do not charge a breakage deposit, but should the house and contents be damaged either wilfully or not, by negligence or not, by yourself or any other, you agree to pay for the said damages if it exceeds R150.
- Please do not exceed the maximum number of people (6) allowed in the house unless this was arranged and agreed to prior to arrival.
- No loud parties, screaming, loud music or shouting around the pool and braai area are allowed.
- Keep noise to a respectful level as the house has permanent neighbours on all sides who live in Betty’s Bay for the peace and quiet.
- No smoking is allowed inside the house; except the undercover braai-room.
- We do not provide a cleaning service during your stay, but it can be arranged with us and will be paid for separately to the lady who is assigned to the house.
- Please arrange this with us at least a week ahead of your stay. Cleaning services are not available on Sundays and public holidays.
- Child-minding and elderly-care can be arranged for an additional fee. Please arrange this ahead of your stay.
- Please ensure that the full balance outstanding is paid 7 days prior to arrival. No keys can be released without full and final settlement.
- We cannot be held liable for any losses or inconvenience to tenants caused by an act beyond our control. In the event of any appliance or service going out of order during your stay, we will do our best to provide a replacement or alternative.
