The decor is very nice and the place is fully equipped with everything you can think of. Waking up to the silence of the surroundings was bliss. Although we only stayed for 1 night for a function in the area, we will definitely book again and stay a little longer.

I was surprised when I walked in. And immediately knew I was getting value for my money. My boyfriend and I enjoyed it so much, wish we could have stayed another night!
Nice close to the school for sports weekend. Slept well and could start the day early again.

Very nice place. The parking is just a bit small for a large vehicle.
The unit we stayed in was the Loft unit. It was nice and spacious with radiators in both rooms and living area, which made the unit very comfortably cool despite the warm 35 degree outside temperature. The unit has gas hobs but unfortunately no oven. The unit was beautifully clean and tidy. The WiFi is a bit slow, which was the only negative point. The owner quickly arrested rowdy guests and asked the additional party goers to leave the premises.

Wow, the loft unit was an excellent choice for us as a family. I cannot say enough thank you for the cleanliness of the unit. Everything was so spotlessly clean. The host was very accommodating, allowing us to check in an hour before the actual check-in. We had some interaction with the people that clean the units. They were super friendly and very helpful. My family and I had a very lovely time together, surrounded by secure security to sleep in peace and not worry about anything. We were all super happy with the choice and accommodation we took.
Nice, neat, clean and enough space in the apartment and outside. We had our own little area outside, away from everything and everyone - was nice and private. There was coffee, tea and even milk available - very nice, because very few places have milk available these days. Everything we needed and more. Very satisfied and will come here again!

We were pleasantly surprised! Firstly, the arrangements were handled thoroughly and kindly ahead of time. Upon arrival, everything went smoothly. You park safely behind a steel gate and then walk directly into the little garden of the cottage. It is beautiful and neat with a stoepie, braai and seating. The cottage itself is modern, stylish and beautiful. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a nice TV with, among other things, Netflix. The bedroom is a feast for the eyes with crisp linen and towels. The bathroom is also spotless and stylish. There were the most delicious biscuits and different options of coffee and tea. Even a box of milk and a bottle of water in the fridge. The cottage is also in a lovely established street with houses from the early last century and big old trees that make you feel extra peaceful. This is definitely one of the pearls of Paarl. And what a beautiful town it is! Just driving through it makes my heart happy!

The host was helpful, the room was lovely, the location was good and the check-in was super effective There is only one complaint. There is an inverter in the bedroom right next to the bed which makes a noise every 30 minutes. Very difficult to sleep with that.

Cottage 3 itself is intimate and private, very neatly furnished and offers tranquillity for the traveller looking for privacy.
Little Oak Garden Cottages are super comfortable. Loadshedding 'compatible' with a gas hob, LED lights and a comfortable and private braai area. Located just outside the busy Paarl Main Road. Secure parking. Easy check-in and check-out. Clean and spacious. The kitchen is a full kitchen, full-size fridge (not a mini bar fridge), microwave, toaster, electrical and gas hob kettle. No oven, but it wasn't missed. Bed is really comfortable. Bathroom is a full bathroom. Generally quiet. But you'll hear children playing close by. No traffic noises or dogs barking. WiFi is excellent, but will go off when loadshedding.

Value for money. Very neat with many extras. Although it is "self catering", there were biscuits, coffee, sugar and milk, as well as delicious cold bottled water for the Paarl heat. We will definitely go back again.

The attention to detail was amazing! From an emergency rechargeable light to the matching bins and matches for the gas stove. So comfortable. The host was amazing at keeping us in the loop with the renovation situation and making sure we were not inconvenienced.

Little Oak Garden cottages is located in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful older gabled houses yet close enough to the long high street which is a good walking route to see the variety of architectural styles in Paarl. It is also close to the mountain road that leads to the hiking trails up the mountain. The cottage is very well equipped and there is good coffee and biscuits and a small garden outside with a braai area. TV only has Netflix, but there is a huge variety to choose from.
Accommodation was super, neat, central, everything needed at hand. No hassle, all information already available ahead of time, and hostess is available at any time.

Little Oak Garden Cottage is a quaint cottage situated in Paarl very close to shops, etc. I was highly impressed with the attention to detail of the decor, it had a very modern feel to it, and the cottage is very spacious. There was sufficient cutlery and cooking utensils, a TV with Netflix available, and a wonderful little courtyard. The host was also very efficient and friendly, and sent out detailed instructions prior to our arrival. I forgot my hard drive there and the host was absolutely fantastic in assisting me receiving it back in no time. Highly recommended.

Modern, neat, practical and comfortable place to stay. My wife was very impressed from our arrival. Friendly people and good directions and arrangements via Whatsapp. Only improvement I can recommend is a better mattress.
The weekend was very good. The owner contacted us in advance to inform us of the accommodation/address. It was clean, modern and tidy. A recommendation: Try putting a shower rubber mat in the shower. The floor in the shower is very slippery and can be dangerous for guests. Otherwise 100%.

I was pleasantly surprised with how beautiful the place is. You can even grill some meat. The necessary was available such as salt and pepper. The rusk with the coffee was the best! Took videos and sent them to my friends and family. They were just as impressed. Will definitely want to stay there again.

The place was wonderful - beautiful decor, amenities like coffee, cappuccinos, rusks, shower products were all lovely. My only suggestion would be to put a sliding door in front of the bathroom, the open bathroom and toilet is very impersonal. Also, the DStv didn't seem to be working even though it was included in the package. Other than that, really pretty place, good value for money, and all the personal touches one would expect staying in a friend's home really made it warm and welcoming.

Well equipped, well located, well priced, good bed and linen. Wonderfully private to at least be able to enjoy your early morning cup of tea on your own porch with absolutely everything you might need, of the best quality. On my arrival late at night there was fresh milk for a hot cup of tea with real milk and a bowl of the most delicious grapes and home-baked biscuits - what a pleasant surprise. I really recommend this nest and will definitely stay here every time I visit the Western Cape on business. The self-catering unit is truly a gem. Thank you Madeleine for your stylish touch that can be seen everywhere in the unit. I could sit on the veranda and work undisturbed and for someone who has to work in offices all day, it was a great experience.

Little Oak Garden Cottage is a lovely, beautiful place for couples. The place is very neat and clean with the latest in entertainment with Netflix and Showmax. The remote controlled gate with your own remote, allows you to go and come as you please and still feel safe. Little Oak Garden Cottage is situated close to all the shops but still in a quiet road. There are lots to do and see in Paarl.
