Our owner-operated resort comprises of 2 sections namely the Log Cabin Village and Settlers Village. Each fully equipped and self-contained unit in these villages features a TV with OVHD channels, braai facilities, and parking. They are also fully serviced on a daily basis. The Log cabins are constructed of wood and can accommodate between 2 and 6 guests whereas Settlers village is built in the same style used by the early pioneers.
In addition to the above, there is a swimming pool area where guests have access to free Wi-Fi Internet.

Excellent stay. Very neat and clean. Has everything needed for a longer stay. Was very nice and peaceful.
The cabin was clean and the service was great. The only inconvenience was WiFi connectivity in the cabin; we could only connect by the pool. Overall, the service was great. My family and I enjoyed our stay.
Accommodation was good, but gates could be electrified.
The reception could learn more from the surrounding area and provide info on where to dine or not in Graskop. The reception was not very useful with the surrounding information. Backup power can be sold as a separate item. Have a spare inverter and battery for guests as the prices for the cabins are high enough.
Neat place, but very cold. Everything worked but could do with upgrading. WiFi was only available at the pool which was completely useless for us.
Reception was not friendly at all, had to ask all the time for everything, there was also not everything needed for cooking and braai area was very dirty.
The venue was neat and clean. The rooms were clean and tidy. All the utensils and cooking facilities were in a good condition. The one issue I had was security. There was no visible security or monitoring on the venue (especially at night). No security guards patrolling or access control at the gates leading to the cabins. Anyone from the outside could easily open the gate and attempt to rob the guests cars or cabins.
The cottage does not have the latest furniture, but everything works and was clean and tidy. Good location in town and would stay there again. Only carry your own emergency lights during power outages. Only fault we experienced was the WiFi hotspot is only at the pool area, not nice in the winter.
The Settler's Village units are suitable for a brief self catering stopover, but I don't think I'd stay longer. The gates don't lock, which could be an issue for vehicle security. Otherwise, the bathroom and kitchen are clean and the units are neat and tidy.
Relaxing area at the pool. Cabins well spaced out on the grounds. Quiet and comfy.

It's nice and quiet, even though it's in the middle of the village. Walking distance to Spar and restaurants. It's also spacious inside. Check in and check out was very easy and quick.

The chalets are neat and clean and located in large gardens. So you don't feel at all that you are staying in the town. Everything within the town is within walking distance and the beautiful surroundings with all the attractions very close.

Room 10 was nice but it has two single beds instead of a double bed, if you have a partner you will sleep separately, and blankets are good for summer, not winter because are thin.

Across the road is another lodge where guests played music throughout the night. The street around is very noisy with trucks, taxis and tour buses driving there through the night. Very well located in a good part of town. Walking distance to Harrie's Pancakes and other restaurants and shops. Relatively safe with a night guard (which I did not see, but according to the management was there). No shower facilities, only baths. Very basic accommodation. Very basic amenities. Clean and tidy. Quite expensive for what you get inside but the location might make up for the price.

Log Cabin & Settlers Village is a very nice place to saddle up. It's clean, the people are very friendly and it's so close to all the beautiful places in the area. I will stay there again and again.
We only had a one night stay over and it was great. Good location and great chalet - comfortable and well equipped. Only downside was that there were dogs barking during the night which kept us awake for a while. But otherwise a wonderful place and will definitely return for a longer stay.

I had a wonderful stay at the lodge. The cabin is stylish and beautiful. It's very private and one can enjoy a peaceful lodging. The downside is the limited channels on DStv, a small television and I think the rooms should be fumigated regularly.
We stayed in one of the mine houses and despite the heat the house was cool inside. You and your neighbor do live opposite each other, but each unit has its own private braai and stoep and you don't see your neighbors. The pool was also very nice. Graskop is a nice, clean town. I picked up a bit of car trouble during my stay which was quickly sorted out with the help of some friendly locals.

Dark, dirty curtains, crockery and floors, old, poor TV reception, wardrobe crooked, wardrobe so dark you can't see anything in it. Swimming pool not even green, but black! Gate insecure, difficult to open/close, etc. Promised security guard never seen. We cut our stay short due to aforementioned.
It's a nice place even though the pool I saw it being cleaned but when I went there it was full of leaves due to that it is surrounded by trees.

Kitchen cupboard old and hard to open and close. Bed in the living area saggy (mattress need urgent replacement). Stove not user friendly. They can do with an automatic kettle. Main gate opened manually.

Clean, neat, and well-equipped. Friendly reception and service. Just one request - some information about eateries in Graskop would help a lot. Information such as business hours and if it is necessary to make reservations. It's not nice to realize at 18:45 that it is impossible to find food anywhere.

We rested well, the place is beautiful, especially the garden with all the birdsong is impressive.
The area is beautiful and peaceful and we enjoyed it. The cabin was 'n bit dark and stuffy. We were shocked by the high prices at for mediocre food at the restaurante. Suggestion: what about breakfast at the log cabin? All the restaurants were closed when we wanted to have breakfast just after 7.

Large spacious cabin with a nice covered patio, kitchenette, comfy bed. No bath though, which would be nice on a cold misty evening! Very clean, and is cleaned daily. Nice pool to relax in. Walking distance from everything in town.

Large settler houses; well maintained; cleaning service; proper laundry service; walking distance from everything in Graskop; safe environment; easy to get; friendly management; maps and information available at the office. Will definitely stay with them again.
Good place to visit. I think landlines should be consider as I had to use my personal phone to communicate with the reception area during my stay. I would also suggest that gates with a mobilizer are added.
The accommodation was good, although the problem was that the single eddens are not suitable for adults.

I enjoyed my down time at the remote, quiet and peaceful accommodation. I love the mountainous views and we drove around the area. I also enjoyed the attractions located next to the area. The fresh breeze and the cold air was priceless so from me it's thumbs up!!!!

It was so nice and peaceful to be able to have nice quiet time in the morning on the stoep in the sun in the beautiful peaceful natural garden! We had a warm loving guest (a cat) who came to say hello and goodbye! Made us feel so at home! He can be happy I already have 4 dogs and 3 cats at home otherwise I would have just taken him home with me!!! Thank you very much for a great weekend! The place is beautiful only one thing is missing and it's a nice fireplace!!! Furthermore, this is definitely the place where we will stay again when we get the opportunity again!!
Very peaceful and tranquil grounds, very well kept and clean. Nice and relaxing lounging out next to the pool while the men braaied. The cabins were spotless and very comfortable. Our welcome on arrival was awesome! Linda and her husband are warm, friendly people. I would definitely go again and recommend to friends and family.

The Log cabins are constructed of wood and can accommodate between 2 and 6 guests whereas Settlers village is built in the same style used by the early pioneers.
