39 guests' feedbackWe had a wonderful night's stay with lovely views and the place was peaceful. Would just suggest they put coffee/tea in the place.
Neat accommodation with a beautiful view. Sufficient for overnight accommodation. However, the man who received us wanted to get R300 key deposit cash from us, which was not indicated anywhere with booking. We didn't give him the key deposit.
The place was suitable for one night's sleepover. Room was small, a bit old fashioned but tidy with a shower. We did have to ask for towels. There is a jungle gym and a beautiful large swimming pool for children. The sign was faded so we first drove past and had to turn around to find the place.
Room was clean and bathroom was pleasant, but do not think room is worth the amount paid. Pool was half full and green, but the surroundings were quiet.
The cottages are comfortable, furniture is old. TV would be a recommendation.
If you are looking for a place with no TV and peace and quiet, this is the place for you, we had a wonderful rest. Beautiful setting, beautiful gardens, bring a book to read, board games, swimwear, or ball games.
It's ideal for families. Even friends. Perfect for self-catering. Very quiet, not for parties.

Rooms not cleaned once since we moved in. There was terrible noise all evening from the room right next to mine. I went to ask them several times to please. not to shout like that, but got no response. We were all dead tired next morning. Gate does not lock on front of fence. I had very expensive equipment with me and felt really unsafe. Will def never stay there again.

Plain, simple neat and tidy. Perfect for sleeping and spending the day out. Its simply a stay over for people wanting to go and do things in and around the area. The owner is a fantastic host. We really were surprised by the coffee and tea, as its self-catering, you wouldn't expect that.

This is really a very nice and peaceful place, just what one needs when looking for a nice and peaceful place away from the city. It is a nice farm atmosphere so quiet and neat with everything you need. Kitchenware, linen, a fridge and a stove. There are facilities to braai and a braai is provided. Nice swimming pool for the summer. Close to shops. I will definitely go again in the summer.

Magaliesburg Tranquil Haven was an overnight stop. I attended my firm's year-end function at a nearby lodge. It was neat and convenient. The hostess gave me and my colleague adjoining rooms after my request for single beds.
We really enjoyed it. Relatively close to Maropeng which makes it a nice day trip. Thanks for great value for money.

It was nice for a single night's sleepover. It was clean, tidy, peaceful and the view was very beautiful. Unfortunately there was no hot water.
I travelled with my daughter, she's 21 years old, and we enjoyed ourselves using taxi's to go by. The owner is well known by the taxi drivers and the place is very safe.
