27 guests' feedbackUnfortunately, it was disappointing for me. Beautiful place, but with an air conditioner that doesn't really heat up. We were there on a bitterly cold day. Shower cannot handle 2 people in a row with hot water, and the special request was ignored, I will not visit here again. We don't have the restaurant etc. not utilized, our program did not allow it.
Nice stay, just a pity breakfast is not included.
WiFi was not constant, and we had to reconnect all the time.
The hotel room was neat and clean with good service. The restaurants were very comfortable with good food and also good service. We have no complaints with our stay.

It was one of the nicest places we've ever slept!
WiFi was very weak in the room and could not work. The sliding door lock was broken and could not be opened or closed. Front door and bathroom doors do not stay open. Definitely lacks a kettle in the room, the coffee machine is too cold for coffee. The woodwork definitely needs attention.
Quiet atmosphere was a bonus. Might just put railings on stairs.

A suggestion, small trash can for room, also need a big trash can for kitchen. An electric kettle would also be handy. Furthermore, the place is very neat and comfortable. Food at Bosa, great and delicious. Food at La Romantica lacks attention, is disappointing.
This is a really nice destination with 2 top class restaurants on site. Really has a lot to offer families.
Arrived and checked in. Was then told I hadn't paid. Then told I had two rooms booked. Food at restaurant was sent back twice.
Although the location was perfect, the room was neat and clean, and the atmosphere was peaceful, the television channels did not work, and neither did the coffee machine. For the price paid, a breakfast voucher for one of the establishments on the premises would have been a nice touch and made the stay feel like it was value for money. Appreciated the sample bottles of white and red wine in the room.

Complimentary wine and water was a great surprise. I also liked the small fridge. Everything was great and fully equipped. Will definitely spend the night there again next time I visit the Cape. Location excellent and price very very fair.

For a peaceful atmosphere with breathtaking scenery, this is certainly the place to visit.
There are 2 Restaurants, next time we will definitely visit them. . Rooms are nice and big and nice coffee for the mornings is provided.

The following suggestions: 1. It would be good if curtains were closed in the evenings. 2. Batteries for using lights and wall plugs would be nice (with load shedding we were left in the dark). 3. The shampoo and soap bottles in the shower do not work well. 4. We didn't know the water was complimentary (a little more information at check-in would be nice). 5. It was nice that the restaurant communicated with us via WhatsApp before we checked in.
