Most of the 13 en-suite bedrooms in the guest house have a private balcony and uninterrupted views. All the en-suite bathrooms have a shower, while some have a bath and a shower. Some rooms have an extra large double bed and some have twin beds. All rooms are equipped with tea- and coffee-making facilities, hospitality DStv, hairdryer, heater, fan and electronic safe.
There are 2 lounges, 1 at ground floor level and 1 upstairs and there is ample space for relaxation. The webcam panning 180 degrees is a popular feature allowing guests to show their family and friends the amazing views they’re enjoying. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the Manor.
Guests can enjoy breakfast in our dining room with the panoramic view across the lagoon to the beach, sparkling ocean and Tsitsikamma Mountains. The rates include a full English and continental breakfast served exclusively to the Manor’s guests.
Free, safe parking is available. There is also beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels are available.
Although on the beach, Milkwood Manor Guest House is close to the town centre with shops, many restaurants and also has quick and easy access to the N2 for exploring the many activities and attractions of the area.

Milkwood Manor's staff will carry you on their hands. The hotel is literally built on the beach, between the sea and lagoon. So you have the advantage of beach and waves, as well as the lagoon with all its crabs and fish. The hotel has sun loungers, parasols and swimming pools available for its guests. Your car is washed in the morning before you drive. Their breakfasts are very tasty, with a good variety. They are very close to activities such as seal swimming, bungy jumping, ziplining, kayaking, and excellent restaurants. The staff even made the reservations for the activities for us, and arranged discounts. We felt safe at all times. Rooms are neat and clean, and we liked to sit on the deck in the afternoons and look out over the sea or lagoon. There was a lot of 'loadshedding', but the 'generator' makes it not even felt. WiFi is available, free of charge, which will be a relief for your teenagers. The only thing missing is a pool.

Very nice guest house, the garden is incredible and the view is very special. Everyone is very friendly and professional and the breakfast was of a high standard. I will always remember it!

From the time that I spoke to Margret, and then got directions to the Manor, from Leon, through all the points of interest from Kees until we had to leave, it was memorable.
