Penthouse that you can pull through a ring! Large balcony porch with an indescribable view of the bay and a Weber to grill with! Well equipped, garage for car, painstakingly neat and clean. Lovely bedding. The hostess also deserves 10/10 for her help and hospitality. I will definitely return!
Mitat is everything and more than we could need on our vacation. Had a great stay. So close to everything we wanted to see and do. Will definitely stay there again.
It was very pleasant. Owner just very unnecessarily strict with hair, voices or excited young people. My kids had to whisper all the time. Even on New Year's Day, at 15h45 she was banging on the roof that we should be quiet. Wasn't nice underneath. Other than that it was nice. Would not recommend the place for people with kids and young people.
Lovely place. Was able to rest peacefully and it was situated in the perfect position.

This house is beautiful and loved the view. An absolute beauty.
My husband and my 2 girls explained that the owner was quite rude, she had no manners and certainly no respect for guests. Her tone and her manner of addressing others leave a lot to be desired, so I wouldn’t recommend this property. I certainly would never recommend it to anyone but instead will tell anyone who cares to listen not to book it.
But the view was good. Nice spacious rooms.

We felt immediately at home upon arrival. Elria made sure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. Even windy weather conditions could not affect the tranquility of Mitat!
One of our most enjoyable Mossel Bay holidays yet. Made possible by, safe, tidy, clean and comfortable accommodation and a wonderful hostess who carried us on her hands and made our stay as comfortable as possible. Everything (and more) was provided in the kitchen of the self-catering unit. The unobstructed view of the bay as far as the eye could see was incredible.
Warmly welcomed and were often asked about our needs and if everything was in order, thank you very much.

Mitat is beautiful! We had such a good time and rested. Elria is a great hostess, we could push her button anytime. Mitat is neat and clean, nicely furnished and conveniently located close to everything with a wonderful view. Definitely a good choice, we hope to stay there again soon!

It was the most enjoyable and peaceful time my family and I had in Mitat Penthouse.
The place is very nice, centrally located near the harbour, museum and nice places to eat. WiFi is also available. We had a very nice stay.
