8 guests' feedbackRight on the sea! The apartment is beautiful, spacious and well equipped. It was a cold and wet weekend and despite that we were very comfortable. Beautiful view and the apartment was not cold. Provision was also made for additional blankets and heaters. Tracy was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and also kept us up to date with the load shedding schedule.
Spacious apartment on the lower level of a 2-storey building with stunning sea views. Lovely deck to sit on and watch the sunset. There is also a walking trial in front of the apartment going both ways along the seashore.
Our experience at Modern Waterside Apartment was above all our expectations. Booking in was very efficient and caring. The apartment layout was awesome, our view was exceptional with direct access to the seafront. Very comfortable while safe with security system and reaction force (we accidentally tripped the alarm and Secma Security agent arrive within 3 minutes). Thanks for all the hot tips on places to visit Tracy, all highly recommended. The Birkenhead Brewery was a great start. We will have to resume the tour soon. Herbert and Sandra
The place is well rested. Sunset on the deck is breathtaking! Nothing more asked.
Fantastic view, but the house needs a lot more kitchen equipment and an outdoor barbecue. Banks can also be more comfortable for the price you pay!
We really enjoyed our long weekend. It was only a little more expensive than other similar accommodation, but very nice. And the location was fantastic.
Location Location Location.
Everything was awesome, lots of rain, but it didn't bother us because the view was awewome - we just couldn't find any salt, expect a little cooking salt.
