I booked the accommodation for my solar team who did an installation in the Cape. They were impressed with the service and spacious accommodation. They also enjoyed the restaurants that were located nearby.

We got locked out our room on the 1st dag for 1h30 min they had no mast key and we still had our key on departure we got not get out of the room what if there was a fire.

Room was not available, wrong dirty room given. Drunken parties until 2am next to family rooms. No responsibility, cleanliness and respect. stay away Not worth it. 70% of the pictures to make a decision beforehand were not true. False advertising.

"Pathetic."

The customer service is poor, no hospitality or service I received there, when I arrived my room was not cleaned yet so I had to wait. We were also not informed about loadshedding, we had to sit in a dark room. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel. When we called reception the phone was pressed to our ear my husband then went downstairs and still we have not received service. We asked for glasses and milk it never came to us. On Saturday morning we went to have breakfast when we returned our room had never been cleaned so we had to wander again. It's the worst I've ever experienced.

Nice and clean, but a few broken items, like the door handle and leaking aircon.

I was a bit disappointed on arrival when the room was not ready at 16:00 and only got the keys at 17:00. The rate is a lot for 1 night and the check in time was nearly after the day was over and check out is before 10:00 AM. When we arrived the room was clean and neat but the room was freshly painted and the paint smell was really strong.

It's only 1 night that people next to us made noise for a few hours. Thank you, have a nice visit.

The booking did show on their end, bad communication between website and Mojo Hotel. Ended up not getting the room we wanted and it was said that we received an upgrade but it did not seem that way to us. The photos were misleading. Mojo Hotel is more a backpackers than a hotel and should be advertised as such. The room was not to standard cleaning as well as Covid protocol not being followed. The hallways were also very dirty. There had to be asked to clean the room again and furthermore we as guests cleaned the walls and surfaces. It was not worth what we paid for and the money was definitely not worth the stay.

Cleanliness was good. Room was not ready on arrival 15:30 afternoon of 17th December. Receptionist did not understand her job or know how to act at all. Took a long time filling out forms and getting room keys.

"Distasteful and unpleasant."

We got there, checked in. No one accompanies you to check if everything is okay. Toilet seat broken, shower door can't close, bedside lights don't work, aircon doesn't work and the boiler is broken. Hotel's feedback "sometimes this happens". They do not respect the curfew, and other guests drink and make noise in the corridors, and are not silenced. I had to shut up myself later. We hang on the door that they should not vacate our room, but never mind. When we wanted to get breakfast and coffee, they were still there, it was after 7am. Will not stay there again. It's a shame you can't give 0 stars.

"Good value for money and well located."

The rooms are small and the fact that there are no windows was very strange. The walls are very thin and it's noisy with all the guests late at night and early in the morning. For us who only used it for sleeping it worked perfectly. It is difficult to find the entrance and parking.

Only had one problem, it was the guests staying in the next room. They were making a loud noise and banging doors till 3 o'clock in the morning.
