My husband and I stayed 2 month in the cottage. Marion, the owner, was a perfect host, very helpful and always ready to give some tips. We’ll surely come back next year.
I was received very kindly by Marion and she made frequent contact during my stay to ensure that everything was in order. The unit is particularly spacious and very tastefully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen with quality equipment. The unit has a private entrance and offers a lovely stay in nature while being conveniently close to shops and restaurants.
Marion, our host, was superb. I was getting married after three COVID postponements, and was using the space as a dress-up suite. She went out of her way to get extra mirrors for my bridal party, allowed us to use all the outdoor spaces for photographs, and also provided bubbly! I would highly recommend this beautiful place.
Best accommodation and hospitality ever.
The mansion is beautiful and the room in which we stayed was lovely and spacious and had everything we needed. The views across False Bay and the Helderberg are breathtaking and the estate is close to attractions such as Vergelegen and Morgenster. Our hostess was very friendly and caring, and we almost took the dog, Lucy, home. It was a lovely stay and we would like to visit again.
