12 guests' feedbackWe had a great stay and will definitely come again! It's stove is a bit sad and switches on and off, and there isn't a big enough saucepan, if you wanted to make something big like lobster.
Definitely a place to come and rest with all amenities.
It was delicious! Everything within walking distance and everything in working order inside the house. Will definitely stay there again.
The location of the house is very good. Close to the beach and restaurants. Would love to go there again for a weekend anytime.

We couldn't watch television at all. We were very disappointed. The toilet was clogged and someone would come to fix it tomorrow. What an embarrassment it was.
2nd time at Neptunus 2, lots have changed in decor. It was disappointing. We had very noisy neighbours while we were there. Big drain in the way and lots of bush. Needs a huge cleanup around the place. Braai grid no good and no braai container, so much more feet along the path way. Could be a awesome place if attention to detail is spent.
This is the second time we have stayed in Neptune 2. We decided to make sit now an institution. With the delicious "forestrand" restaurant literally 3 houses away and the cozy braai place of Neptunus 2, food is a settled question. The house itself is subtly decorated, but very beautiful. Every lovely piece of furniture is so comfortable and you just want to drag everything home with you. The roof windows that can be opened let in wonderful fresh sea air and the nice sun gently bakes you in your afternoon nap. My advice for the busy life - sleep in Neptune 2 for about 4 nights.
Baie stunning plekkie aan die binnekant. Is mal oor die nuwe badkamer, maar die buitekant is vuil en verwaarloos. Was ook redelik bekommerd om my kar buite te los. Nie in 'n goeie area nie. Bosse en ou murasie regs langs die huis maak dat mens onveilig voel. Houtmeubels op die stoep is ook baie erg verwaarloos en nie meer in 'n goeie toestand nie. Bank was gebreek.
Some of the basic items need to improve. We had only 1 and half rolls toilet paper, so had to buy more. Not enough soap to last weekend, so had to buy more. Lots of this lights not working due to lamps blown.
Very good and very neat. All the security gates are not nice but probably necessary. Unit very tidy and everything you need is there.
Was clean and neat. Sink in bathroom leaks when there is water in. Would have liked the use of the garage which has direct access to the unit. Does not seem right that the people using unit 1 have access to unit 2. Don't feel comfortable with the arrangement.

House rules
The balance is payable 7 days prior to arrival.No check-ins or check-outs are offered on Good Friday, Christmas Day or New Year's Day
Key- and breakage deposit:
Key- and breakage deposit is payable with the deposit for the booking and refundable by bank transfer within 5 - 7 working days after departure, once the house has been scrutinised and all found in order. Please note that the key deposit will be retained and additional charges imposed if more guests than booked are found to be utilising the premises. Please furnish us with your banking details on arrival. Keys will not be handed over under any circumstances unless the key and breakage deposit has been received.
Minimum stay required:
2 nights in low and mid-season
3 nights over long weekends
4 nights over Easter weekend
7 nights in high season
Guests must first visit our offices to check in and get their keys.
When entering Paternoster, turn left at the four-way stop. The 'Stay in Paternoster' office is situated about 75m further, on the right-hand side of the road, at 87 St. Augustine Road.

Check-out time: Strictly at 10h00 on the last day of your stay, unless otherwise arranged. Any unit that is not vacated by 10h00 will be subject to a surcharge of R 200 per hour or part thereof, for each hour exceeding the check-out time.
