We had a very nice stay. It's perfect for an overnight stay while you travel. A few suggestions: 1. A mirror is missing on a wall. 2. There is a lack of a rack or box to pack or hang one's clothes. 3. The windows at the very top make an awful lot of light early in the morning and wake you up, there may be a lack of curtains or blinds.

Everything was easily accessible and the service provided for the self check-in system was excellent.

The check in was good. The "loadshedding time" was given to us. The time was 17h00 - 18h30. It was bitterly cold and got really cold and could not use the air conditioner until 18h30. I waited until 19h45 and called the owner 2 times. It went to voicemail both times. I then called an agent from the website and asked her to help. She said that she would attend to it immediately. About 10 minutes later the agent called me and said she was also only getting a voicemail. About 5 minutes after that, the owner's husband came and said that the woman who cleaned the room had left something outside which he then put on. He also said that he was going to put the TV on a different setting and did something behind the TV. The TV and WiFi arrived. I was angry and told him that they knew we were coming and they needed to make sure everything was okay. He told me things like that happen. I said that it was unprofessional. He didn't even look at me and say that I can do whatever I want. My sister, L'Annette, was with me. I have a heart stent and get chest pains when I'm very upset. My sister had to calm me down and gave me a sedative to drink. After 21h00 we could only heat the room with the aircon. Besides that, the sliding door is installed in such a way that when you open the door from the inside you press your fingers against the fixed part. One must be careful when entering or exiting, because the railing of the sliding door opening is placed in such a way that you can easily fall. I personally would not recommend Nini's Guest House to anyone. The landlady's husband was extremely unfit and clearly not hospitable.

As always, very nice clean and tidy. The self-check-in system is great, especially if you arrive later than expected (no one waits/needs to wait for you to receive you). We now only sleep at Nini's Guest Rooms.
