Perfect place. No need to worry about any household goods, all catered for.
You lack nothing, at this location, everything is catered for. The place was clean, its central views are great, central to everything. Close to the airport, also Sibaya Mall, shops and restuarants.
The place looks just like the pictures. The rates are very neat. The view from the apartment is very nice and we enjoyed the swimming pool.
180 sea view, take your binoculars to watch the boats. Lovely path by the sea to jog safely. Nice lawn for children to run and play.
No 25 Umdloti is clean, tidy and has a wonderful view of the sea. Service from owner was very good.
Loved everything about the apartment. It would have been lovely to have extra towels. But everything else was great.
The location is perfect - so close to everything one needs, we hardly ever used the car. I have to mention, but I knew this in advance, the stairs in the unit are very stylish, so my nerves were done with my 1 year old, but otherwise everything was very neat, comfortable and it felt like our own home. We will definitely visit there again when the children are a bit older.
Was our first holiday in Umdloti, will definitely go again. Plekkie was great and although there were a lot of stairs one can only do it well. Would have loved to swim on the beach but we couldn't due to ecoli levels so had to drive out to other beaches. Despite this, it was still very enjoyable.

Beautiful apartment, made me want to relocate to Umdloti.
Nice apartment which is very nicely located but the geyser could barely fill 1 and a half baths hot, so children had to bathe in cold baths. Not great in winter, finish of flat could be better.
We had an amazing view and the unit was clean and tidy, the complex was clean and quiet, just the garage door needs some work as the door opens and closes in a difficult manner.
An ideal place to stay, no need to travel with a car to go to the beach or restaurant. Accommodation is central and has a lovely view of the ocean. We loved every minute of our vacation. We will definitely come back.
Too old for the stairs.
The unit had not been cleaned when we arrived. Couldn't get hold of anyone either, had to drive back to Umdloti Letting to let them know the unit was still dirty.
Right on the beach, beautiful sparkling pool, aircon, Netflix, and walking distance to all amenities. We loved our stay and will definitely return!

My family and I really enjoyed the time in the Cabanas and on the beach. I have no complaints. I will be back again. I would recommend Umdloti Cabanas.
My husband and I spent a week at No25 Umdloti and enjoyed it so much - so much so that we stayed a day longer. The beach is nice and close and restaurants are around the corner which makes it very convenient.
Als was very nice and comfortable, if I had to single out something it would be the lack of parking in the complex as the garage is a bit difficult if you have a larger vehicle and the braai could use some attention. Other than that we really enjoyed it, would definitely recommend.
The apartment is well located in an updated complex, but apartment occupies 3 floors with winding stairs that are difficult to walk up and down. The view is beautiful and the pool in the complex is well maintained. The parking is very narrow and guests with large cars struggle with getting in and out. The apartment is close to shopping center and restaurants and beach, so driving around is not necessary all the time.

We enjoyed our stay very much if it was clean and tidy, the blonde lady at Umdloti Letting where we picked up the key was just a bit unfit.
Safe place and the best vacation.
The apartment was located perfectly and was clean and new. But there are definitely a few suggestions in terms of customer experience that could be improved. There were absolutely no towels which is odd for a self catering unit. Its services every 2nd week day which is fine but we arrived Thursday and left Tuesday which meant that it was serviced once - on the day before departure. Perhaps just one more day could have been provided. Also the servicing was really really basic - dirty bottles left next to our bed, no dishes washed, bowl of food left on the table, dirty sheet left crumpled up in middle of bed and duvet made on top of it. Also the 2pm check in time is strict! We arrived at 13:15 and they were having it at check-in office so we drove around a little and went to the apartment at 13:50 and it was still being cleaned so we had to wait another 20 min for them to finish. Very strict rules are provided about noise at night, which we quite liked as we have a 15 month old, but every night one of the units partied until 2/3 in the morning. On our last night we departed at 2am to ensure our little one slept for most the trip and the unit above us was still blaring music. Overall the client experience wasn't great!
