20 guests' feedbackThe house is very well equipped, everything you need. Also excellently located, close to the sea for long walks along the sea. The biggest bonus is that it is pet friendly, fenced, so never any worries about the dogs getting out - big lawn for them to play on.
Had a great stay at the Norfolkden Beach House, very neat place.
One of the most affordable homes in the prestigious Voëlklip area, as well as one of the homes with the most character. Everything was perfect and the location is ideal.
Everything was just comfortable and owner is very humble.
For me personally it was very nostalgic. The old fashioned kitchen reminded me of my childhood, black and white pics and little trinkets added to the charm of the place. I loved the hiking trail, which was less than a 100 metres away, loved every minute of it. It was value for money.
The reason we have returned was because of the amazing previous experience, a really good host, the charm of the home and being close to nature. Will return!
I would highly recommend this place. It is the perfect place for a group of family with all the facilities you can think of, right down to toys for the children. It is very neat and peaceful. Laetitia provided amazing service.
One negative thing about this accommodation - only 1 bathroom and 1 toilet that must be shared by 8 people.

We enjoyed our stay at Norfolkden. The house was clean and neatly on arrival.it's a very quiet location, especially for people who want peace and quiet. And the beach is also very near, which made it very special.

The house was perfect, very cute and tidy. It is suitable for any occasion, from a weekend with family or friends. The house has plenty of sleeping space and is close to the sea. Waking up to the roar of waves in my ears was amazing.
We had problems with the TV. Couldn't watch any SABC programmes. My laptop could not play DStv.
My family stayed at Norfolkden this past weekend. The kids really enjoyed running around on the large lawn while the adults relaxed around the fire. The house is neat, large and has everything you need. The beach is within walking distance which is a bonus Thank you, Leatitia, for your hospitality. Hope to be back soon.
The house is great and good value for money. Two issues - the one bed had no bedsheet on it even though the bed was fully made with all other sheets and covers. The caretaker (I guess) who stayed in another building on the same property came home with friends late at night and made a massive noise. They carried on partying loudly for some time keeping us awake.
This area was very nice and quiet. We really enjoyed our weekend. With the beach just a few metres away and the house was very nice and clean.

A house full of character, very spacious and comfortable. One block away from the ocean and boardwalks. Peaceful atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the busy Town.
