Add a bigger TV. Take guests to the units and show them how everything works.
The website describes that the sliding door opens onto the patio and braai area. The sliding doors have to be locked, up two sets of stairs to get to the braai area up on the roof. The braai grid was bent and rusted ─ could not use.
Barbeque on balcony very dirty, barbeque that could be used downstairs is so small and dirty that you could probably barbeque for 2 people, but we didn't want to use it, seeing as the grill was very dirty. The pans in the kitchen were dirty, one was so burnt that you couldn't get it clean. Water pressure very weak, as soon as you want to regulate the water between hot and cold the water disappears completely, so being able to take a shower was a big frustration.
The place is ideal for families but not with small children, because there is enough space and a bath in the master bedroom. Problems we encountered were that the water pressure was very weak and that the shower drained very slowly. The gas from the heater was empty, grass very long with dog ball in which I stepped 2 times. I reported it afterwards because we didn't want to be bothered on a weekend, and instead lived with it. The braai area upstairs is very cold and not very private. The neighbors made noise until late the first night because the place is basically in the neighborhood. Would not recommend for people with small children as there is no car gate. We broke a plate which luckily we didn't have to pay back. Garage is an advantage as theft seems to be a problem in the area.
The stay has highs and lows. Would not recommend if you have small children unfortunately. Open yard with stray dogs was not pleasant at all. Vehicle had to be parked outside due to goods in garage. Nice walking distance to good pizza place. Beach walk was also very nice.
Beautiful place, tranquil and close to all of the action in town. You can have a tranquil holiday here and just relax with the sounds of the ocean. Beautiful modern house with everything that you need.
The house is beautiful and decor is top-notch. Quality kitchenware. The rooms and bathrooms are also unbelievably beautiful. The braai area was a great disappointment. It is on the roof and the stong Westcoast wind made it impossible to braai there, not even one. We had to braai next to the house and it was very crowded. Would recommend at least enclosing the braai area, maybe with glass panels so that the view isn't lost. The agent cautioned us to keep security in mind at all times because apparently theft is a problem. Made us feel on alert all the time, almost felt as though we should just stay indoors and keep everything locked.
Very luxurious and neat, location and security not recommendable.
There are only sea views from the outside braai area.

The garden needs to be cleaned and looked after. The shower drain blocks when showering. The braai area is very bleak. The neighbours were very friendly though.

House rules
No check-ins or check-outs are offered on Christmas Day or New Year's Day.The balance of the booking is to be paid 3 days before arrival.
This unit may only accommodate the number of guests specified on the booking invoice at any given time.
No loud music after 22:00.
No parties on the property, management reserves the right to evict tenants that do not adhere to this rule.
Kindly note that we do not have the authorization to do credit card payments on behalf of guests, we only accept EFT/Bank transfers.
A R650.00 key- and breakage deposit is payable on arrival. It is refundable within 7 to 14 working days after the house has been inspected and all found in order. Keys will not be handed over under any circumstances without full payment received.
DStv can be activated at the cost of R25.00 per day.
There is a pet fee of R250 for up to 2 dogs per house. No more than 2 dogs at a time.
