We found the customer service lovely and very much willing to make us comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. But I didn't find the cleanliness of Palmwas Tzaneen up to the standard of what they charge. The cleanliness found was not good the lightbulbs had bugs in them and looked like they hadn't been cleaned out in a while, I also noticed the rugs and the bath mat were extremely in need of a carpet clean or new ones. I didn't even want to use the bathroom one as it looked so dirty. As for the price we paid I was disappointed to find limited options for tea and coffee as me and my partner very much enjoy coffee together but there was no milk provided.
Very nice stay for a business trip. Good host. Nicely fried. Rooms nice and clean. Breakfast excellent. Will definitely stay here again next time.
Very hospitable. Slept wonderfully warm. Room with bath has no TV. TV has open view. Nice and cozy outside for people who barbecue and eat well. Beautiful birds and lovely pond with fish. WiFi reception fantastic.
Slept and ate very well. Sorry breakfast was not included. Had to ask for second towels and there were no tea bags in the tray for tea and coffee. Longevity milks would be welcome. There was Cremora though. Thank you.
Palmwag is the perfect overnight destination for business people in the Limpopo area. I enjoyed my stay with exceptional service and attention from the host. The dinner is more than enough, which tastes excellent. I can't ask for more than that. Thank you guys.

One feels at home.
The environment is beautiful with many birds. It is quiet and peaceful. Unfortunately, we were accommodated directly next to a couple who were getting married that afternoon. There was a door between our room and theirs. Apparently there is a cupboard in front of the door on their side. Wonder if they were aware of that! There were only three units in use. We wonder if it was necessary to squeeze all three of us into adjacent "semi-detached" units? No fridge or cooling facilities. We had trouble accessing Palmwag. Tried calling from the gate but no phones were answered. We weren't expected until the following weekend. The bathroom does not have a door. If your privacy is important to you, this is quite unpleasant.
Nice stay. Pleasant people who own the place. The bed was a little too hard for me (perhaps just my own issue) but otherwise pleasant.
Palmwag's people are very friendly and helpful. It was indescribably nice and will visit them again. Service is excellent.
Henk was very very helpful and couldn't do enough for us. I recommend it to anyone who loves the outdoors.
This is an amazing venue with excellent service and beautiful surroundings. The rooms are in fantastic order and the manager or owner was a great help and very accommodating. Made us feel very welcome. We will surely be back and for a longer visit.

It's very beautiful. I booked self-catering, but there is no stove or two-plate stove to cook anything on. What also bothered me is that the bathroom does not have a door, especially if there is more than one person. I would also like to suggest that Palmwag purchase freestanding braai that can be placed at chalets on request. The staff is very nice and friendly. The safety is excellent. We really enjoyed it. Thanks to all the staff.
We were only there for 2 nights and felt very much at home. Very clean and tidy. I would go to Palmwag again anytime.
