The place looked nice on the website, but pictures are misleading. The place is furnished, but with the owner's oldest things. The cutlery doesn't fit together, old carpets, bedding and it's overstuffed. The furniture is uncomfortable, the braai area has no seating and the braai itself is pathetic, chairs and everything have to be taken down all the time. The pool is in the cold and leaking. The stairs are unsafe. It is extremely difficult to park your vehicle. The place is dusty and smells of mothballs. The place really needs some attention. It is doubtful whether the alarm works.
Very peaceful and relaxing.
Braai area needs attention or needs to be moved. Gas geyser a problem, doesn't always want to ignite. Noise from construction work, cutting, sawing, "grinders" right next to the premises all day from morning to 6 o'clock at night was very inconvenient. Coupled with this is the safety aspect of the group of workers who move next to you all day and wandering eyes.
Very nice place, might just liven up the braai place a little more. Will definitely go again.
The accommodation is perfect for a large family of more than 6. Would definitely recommend.
Good location, but house needs attention. Floor is starting to open up and very cold draft during nights.
The stairs are a bit difficult for the elderly, but grandma enjoyed herself with us. Swimming pool leaks water runs out quickly. Hot water at bath doesn't really get hot. In summer it won't bother. Other than that we had a wonderful stay. Thank you very much.

A very nice house in the bsuh, with several animal species that regularly visit to say hello. Pack enough carrots and apples to feed the animals.
Beautiful place, but not for old people who will struggle to climb stairs.
The house is not child friendly at all. The stairs up to the house from the pool/braai and to the loft are very unsafe. The cutlery was dirty and we had to wash it before we came to use it. The aircon went off by itself, and in temperatures over 40 this was a big problem. The house also has a large beehive outside, we checked out early after having to hide in the house for an hour when the bees became aggressive. With a 2 year old child it is terribly dangerous.
The women that gave us the keys was very unfriendly to us. Even when we returned the keys, which was not welcoming at all. The kitchen utensils were not cleaned properly. And to top it off we had problems with rats, it bit most of the stuff I had in the kitchen that was in boxes or packets, it damaged my two bags by making holes in them. I did expect animals outside of the house but not inside.
Air-con not working, splash-pool deck is falling apart, splash pool leaking, needs to be filled up continuously.
Comfortable, clean. Shower hot and cold. Slightly uncomfortable. Rest perfect. No further complaints.
