15 guests' feedbackThey always made sure we were comfortable and that everything was sufficient. The place to sleep was very neat and clean. Even when we got loadshedding late at night, lights were immediately brought to us to make it more convenient for us. Thank you for a lovely stay.
When we got there it looked suspect, but once in the apartment it felt good. Looks like they are busy with revamps. There was a problem with the booking, but it was sorted out on arrival, and they upgraded us to the deluxe family unit at no extra costs. The only problem I had, was that at times there was no water.
Nice clean and modern. Good location. Walking distance from town.
The destination is not child-friendly and the photos on the website create a different picture.
Such friendly staff, will definitely be back.

this place is not worth R1100 a night This is a terrible place The bed lamps is not even working
With arrival we were booked into room 4. It was acceptable for the price we paid. So two hours later the unit's electricity went off. They tried everything to repair it. Later we then moved to room 2. Wow, what a sight. Very neat and double facilities. Clearly upgraded. Would definitely recommend them, but then it should be one of the upgraded rooms. Very friendly staff and nice view.
Parys Guest Lodge is located in a very bad area. Very unsafe. And does not look at all as advertised in photos.
The linen and rooms were dirty and stained and really not up to standard. Didn't feel safe at all.
We had a lovely stay and will go back thank you.

When we arrived we were pretty sure we wouldn't be staying there because of the location. The town around the building is extremely dirty with many taxis around. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the service and how neat the place is.
Problem was geyser was off, we turned it on ourselves at 6 pm when we wanted to shower. 10 pm water was just below lukewarm and we were dying from the cold.
