Delicious braai and porch for a nice visit. Stairs to upstairs modest style, but perfect for family with teenagers. Friendly host!
We had a great stay! It is a very quiet neighborhood. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped! We were 5 ladies and everyone could have a nice hot shower. No problem with loadshedding because there are solar panels!
The place is comfortable, close to everything and has a beautiful view of the sea. One cannot ask for more. It's an affordable holiday by the sea.

We immediately felt at home when we arrived at Palace Place. Photos and descriptions of the place need to be updated on Lekkerslaap. The advert says that both bedrooms have a Queen Size bed and the 2nd bedroom has a single bed as well. The second bedroom only had 3 single beds.

The stoep has the most beautiful sea view and with the moon shining and stars in the sky, cozying up to a built-in braai, was a great treat. The self-catering accommodation is spacious with much more than is needed. Our Fortuner could easily be parked within the yard. The owners are warm and welcoming and our family will certainly book this gem of a place again. It is wholeheartedly recommended.
We (2 adults, 2 small children and 2 bratkies) decided to break away for the weekend to Jeffreys. Uncle Johan was kind enough to wait for us until 02:00 in the morning and at times made sure we were still driving safely. It truly meant the world! The fact that we could take our dog children with us was extremely convenient. When we got there and checked in, we were honestly so surprised. The photos don't do the place justice. It is spacious, neat and modern. The other aspect was that it felt awfully homey. The sea view and coffee on the patio in the mornings was breathtaking. I would recommend anyone to spend the night there. There is always hot water too and Uncle Johan was really warm and friendly. Thank you very much Uncle Johan and Aunt Elize for allowing us to share in your piece of heaven on earth. See you again in December!
Our stay was so fantastic that I'm returning in 2022.
We had a lovely stay at Patches Place. All that hindered a bit was the parking. I have a Toyota double cab, and there was no way to get the vehicle into the designated space. Tried many times. I have had my license for 26 years and can drive. We had to leave the vehicle on the pavement during the day, but at night we parked it inside behind Uncle Johan's car. We just had to remember to move our vehicle outside in the morning, if they wanted to drive. Furthermore, the view from the top of the balcony is very beautiful. Had barbecue every night. Thank you uncle and aunt, it was delicious. Blessings to you.

The top floor is the highlight. With the nice stoep and view. If you are more than 3 and do not like sharing rooms, I would not recommend the venue, otherwise it is very nice. Well equipped with food and drink. Would be nice if the owners could put in a small oven, especially over the Christmas holidays. It was a miss, but the owners offered their oven very friendly and helpful. A short walk from the sea, but very quick by car.

Patches Place is a very lovely place with enough sleeping space and everything you need. I would recommend adding an iron, broom and mop especially for when small children are involved. Overall, I would thoroughly recommend Patches Place. I would stay there again myself.
