Hostess Uschaan is a lovely person with a heart of gold. Value for money accommodation. Everything needed is in the unit. The children thoroughly enjoyed the horses, Beulah the Great Dane, nature and the tranquility. Thank you very much for a pleasant stay.
Place was neat and well equipped. Children enjoyed it immensely. Owners were so hospitable and went out of their way to make it memorable for us. We will definitely visit again.
Very quiet and peaceful, really enjoyed the farm atmosphere. The basic accommodation is more than just basic. Everything you need and if you want something like a braai in front of your room, just ask and they will bring you one.
Would definitely book Perdehoek Sleepover again. The chalets are neat and clean, the owners hospitable and helpful, such lovely people. The tranquil atmosphere and farm animals were fantastic.
We were kindly received by Uschaan and Franco and we really got the silence and tranquility we were looking for. The facilities are basic. It is important that guests bring everything they need as Perdehoek Sleepover is quite far (17 km) from Lichtenburg. Again, if you are truly looking for peace and quiet, Perdehoek is a good choice. We will definitely visit Perdehoek again.

We arrived at the farm and they immediately made us feel at home. Our irregular hours of coming and going were no problem for them. We left the farm with heavy hearts and would recommend it to all persons. The meerkats and owls were an experience. Our village lads don't see it here. We will definitely go back.
The units have been beautifully converted and the animals kept the little one very busy!
It was nice. We had a problem with the power kicking in every now and then, but that's probably sorted. The environment is breathtaking, neat and picturesque. I would just suggest that the outside lights directly at the rooms could have an option to be able to switch off from inside the cottage as it was very annoying and we couldn't turn it off.
Stay was very very nice, children enjoyed it so much. The horses were so beautiful and tame would recommend them to anyone.
We didn't expect much for the price. I saw no chance for a stiff, impersonal stay and decided on the farm option. Uschaan welcomed us as if we were long-time friends, Marco was equally hospitable and not shy with the firewood. We had a wonderful time and were reluctant to hit the road again.

Here is everything you need to spend the night with any group of people... enough farm life to keep you and the kids amazed if you arrive early or leave later in the morning. You are close to people, but completely alone and self-sufficient; so it is the right place to spend the night which is safe and close to the town.

Description
Perdehoek offers a rustic hall that can be used for functions. When not booked for functions, it can be converted into a dorm for up to 10 children visiting the area for sporting events, although it is not recommended for stays during the winter. There are 2 outside bathrooms and 4 toilets, approximately 40 m from the hall. Bedding is provided. Breakfast is available at an extra cost per person and has to be ordered two days in advance.
Accommodation comprises a variety of units that caters to guests looking for farm-style accommodation, away from the buzz of the city. Some of the units can be used for weddings or parties. Most units have their own bathrooms, while some make use of shared ablution facilities. There are also budget accommodation options for those working on a tight budget. Most of these have their own toilet in the chalet, with shared ablution and kitchen facilities outside. Linen and towels are provided for all units.
Also available on the farm is a function hall that may be used as a wedding venue or for other functions and events. Breakfast is available at an additional charge and can be served to bigger groups in this hall. The hall can also be utilised as a sleeping area for up to 10 children visiting the area.
After a fun-filled day of horse riding in the lush fields of the farm, sundowners can be enjoyed at the braai area. A small splash pool in the main garden may be used by all occupants. Safe parking is provided and there is ample space for trailers.
