8 guests' feedbackBeautiful place and very helpful staff from Paternoster rentals. However, I think that at that price you can at least make sure that there is some coffee, tea, milk and sugar in the unit. Stayed last year at R400 per night cheaper in another unit in Paternoster and the goodies were in place.

Beautiful place - we really enjoyed it.
Spectacular little cottage.
Lovely but place lacks maintenance. It needs a lick of paint outside and inside. Garden needs trimming. Front trees can be taken out. On balcony plants are overgrown and needs trimming.
This place was perfect for us as a couple and having it so close to the beach was worth it. I loved the bath, it was like an extra feature you don't realise you would want on a weekend away until you actually have it! Our only little gripe was having noisy neighbours with a barking dog (Phoenix 2, I think), but I guess that's the luck of the draw. The sound does travel very easily between the walls of the shared complex, so maybe this can be mentioned to potential guests when they book, to be mindful of the sound levels. We had a super nice stay here, thank you!

House rules
No check-ins or check-outs are offered on Christmas Day or New Year's Day.The balance of the booking is to be paid 3 days before arrival.
This unit may only accommodate the number of guests as specified on the booking invoice at any given time.
No loud music after 22:00.
No parties on the property, management reserves the right to evict tenants that does not adhere to this rule.
Kindly note that we do not have authorisation to do credit card payments on behalf of guests, we only accept EFT/Bank transfers.
A R 650.00 key and breakage deposit is payable on arrival and is refundable within 7-14 working days, after the house has been inspected and all found in order. Keys will not be handed over under any circumstances without full payment received.
DStv can be activated at the cost of R 25.00 per day.
There is a pet fee of R250 for up to 2 dogs per house. No more than 2 dogs at a time.
