We celebrated our wedding anniversary and you couldn't ask for a better view of the sea. However, it is not suitable for small busy children, the heights will get any mum on her nerves.
Very good for our group of 12 adults. The house was perfect, with an amazing view and good facilities.

Unfortunately, hot water takes a long time to reach the tap due to the gas geyser.
We went to Pinnacle Bay Guesthouse with another couple. We stayed there mostly for golfing. It has a super nice view and everything we need was around. In the evening we were sitting at the bar and gazing out of the windows. What a beautiful view.
The service was excellent and the location has the most beautiful view of the golf course and sea.
In the last 10 years we've seen a lot of guesthouses and B&Bs. Pinnacle Bay Guesthouse in Mossel Bay is absolutely on our top-3 list. A beautiful house with a fully equipped (shared) kitchen. Our room also offered a shower with stunning views over the ocean. Contact with the host was very efficient on WhatsApp. Will come back here anytime soon.
Was a really good stay, friendly staff. Loved the scene and place.
Everything was perfect. We were kindly received. The inclusion of breakfast was a big surprise. Very relaxing to sit on the balcony with a glass of wine and look out over the sea. Shower is also very nice and big with a wonderful view of the cliffs and sea. We would definitely recommend it and will book here again soon.

Had a nice stay but unfortunately WiFi is only available in the upstairs living area and not in the bedrooms on the lower level. Also, one morning there was no hot water after other guests had already showered.
Location was amazing, Wi-Fi could have been better as it was not in the lower rooms. Top level not affected by loadshedding which was great. Rooms were clean and very nice to stay in. Staff were friendly and very helpful.
Although the guest house has a lift, it may not be used except for luggage and the disabled. I had my first appointment with a physiotherapist yesterday afternoon after climbing the stairs every day. 4-5 times a day. For older people for the price one pays one can really be allowed to use the lift. View amazing, but the place is very neglected. It is a real shame that the place is not maintained as it should be, but the price remains high. There is a set of stairs up to the front door. 3 sets of stairs down to the rooms. One may not use the lift. Maintenance not what it could be. The bedding is old. The pillows are rock hard. For the price one expects bedding that reflects the price. The carpets in the rooms are very dirty.

The hot water didn't work one night, there were gas problems. There is no WiFi in the rooms. The rooms and the house could be cleaned better. Shared the house with other guests who took over and did not make us feel welcome.

This was our 1st visit to Pinnacle Point. What an amazing experience. The most beautiful view of the ocean and golf course. Lots to do. We will definitely go again.

Very convenient for all golfers, I was only there to have a family night out. Clubhouse very suitable for when you want to eat and drink and not have to worry about driving home.
You pay for the views, overpriced for sure. WiFi only in parts of house, not all rooms have DStv and no milk or bottled water available in room.

The guest house has a good location that offers beautiful views over the sea. More attention should be paid to cleaning the rooms. The minibar was empty when we wanted to get something from it. It was very nice to be able to listen to the sea all evening.
All I would suggest is that there is WiFi at guest house and that their TV system is sorted out. Only 2 channels and one TV works on the other one. Also had a great time.

Pinnacle Bay Guesthouse exceeded all our expectations from the moment we arrived. The most beautiful room with the most incredible view of the sea. You can even look at the sea while showering. In the evenings we slept with our balcony door open and fell asleep with the sound of the sea in our ears. The breakfast and the service were incredibly delicious and the lady who received us very friendly and hospitable. We went for dinner at the Pinnacle Clubhouse, which was very nice and just around the corner. The La Vita spa which is also at clubhouse was just as nice and relaxing. And it's convenient that everything is together. We were sad to go home on Sunday, but we will definitely be back again.
The managers, Elzanne, made us feel very special when we stepped in. The rooms are spacious and luxurious. Fantastic linen. We had access to the entire guest house - kitchen, living room as well as the lovely veranda with the swimming pool overlooking the sea. Comfort and luxury at its best.
