12 guests' feedbackThe hostess and her family are very friendly and welcoming people. We really appreciate the extra mile the hostess went to ensure our toddler and 3-month-old baby would sleep peacefully by providing us with a vintage cot and a Moses basket. David was so kind to take us on two game drives, and it was lovely to hear about the history of the farm. If we can make one suggestion, it would be to put a fly trap around the goat pen to lure the flies away from the chalet. Thank you for your hospitality and for checking in to see if we made it home safely. We will be back!

Farm life at its best. Quiet, fresh air, bright stars, crackling fire, night sounds. Delicious. Our hostess is a spoiler par excellence. Her grandson spoiled us with a game drive on the farm. Beautiful wildlife! The pool was a great experience. Our granddaughter (5) was able to feed Poppie (the cute kid) milk. Our granddaughter couldn't get enough of the farm animals, tree climbing, space and exploring. Thank you for a special experience!
Very comfortable and clean accommodation, the hostess is very friendly and helpful.
Fresh from the farm! Sheep bleating. A rooster that wakes you up. Singing birds. 3 highlights: 1. Blake - a 7 year old boy with the cutest manners who kept my kid busy for hours. 2. Annelien who made and sent too much food one evening, a delicious plate of peasant food and pudding! 3. The male peacocks who did the most amazing dance every morning. The pool helped to cool down nicely. Would only advise not to drive a "low" vehicle. It is a 10 km dirt road. The road is not bad, there was only here and there a larger stone. It's like my own people. Great chat and just want you to be comfortable!

Very friendly people. Very neat place to stay. For children coming from the city a fantastic experience.
Nothing needed but your food and clothes. The rest is there from swimming and walking trails. Of course also the nice reception area by the pool where we could play music and pool.
We stayed in the two chalets. Everything that was required was provided including wood and ice for a braai. The chalets were clean and well kept. Exceptional and friendly service from the hosts. Would recommend this stay to anyone for a nice breakaway from all the noise of daily life.
For a nice getaway, remote (although there is good cell phone signal) but away from the hustle and bustle, it was definitely worth it! Feels like coming home after a long day. The farm feel and silence are wonderful, and the different animals are just what the soul needs sometimes.
