From meeting our friendly host, to the beautifully and simply decorated 'Studio with Balcony' with the most comfortable bed, a kitchen with everything you need, and beautiful views of the countryside. A dip in the swimming pool was just what we needed after a hot day's travelling. This is a place we will definitely stay at again and will highly recommend!
It was so beautiful on the farm. The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Hostess was very friendly. Will go back to Plumtree Farm again.

Thank you very much, had two lovely days at Plumtree Farm. The studio is spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need. Was able to visit Swellendam as well as Greyton, so the location was perfect.
Plumtree Farm was a very comfortable, welcoming and peaceful spot – and the perfect base for hikers who wish to explore the Riviersonderend mountains (which is what we did). We stayed in the upstairs studio, and the privacy, balcony (with magnificent views) and spaciousness were much appreciated. The complimentary rusks, milk in the fridge and friendly dogs also made us feel right at home! Thank you – we will be back!

Quiet farm atmosphere. Pump that goes on and off outside the room is disturbing. There was wood for the fireplace and barbecue, but no lighters. Wifi was not available.
Surrounded by 360° beauty. Very comfortable accommodation.
Very nice stay, except that the people above us were a bit noisy and thus kept us awake, but after they left it was quiet.
Just what we needed: about 2 hours from Cape Town, not too far from the trail, and safe. Nice fried and overnight. We do it again.
