The hosts are very kind and patient people. I guess having been in this space of business, they grew to understand people. Their garden is beautiful, breakfast was lovely. My daughter and I are definitely going back during June holidays. And I hope to get the same room we were in. The rooms are as what you see in the pictures.

There was a municipal power outage the entire afternoon and evening of my stay. Hostess, Helen was constantly following up and passing on information, and the room was well equipped with candles, flashlights etc. for the darkness. I appreciated it. The breakfast was delicious, and both Helen and Darryl very friendly and welcoming. I will come again.
The guest house owner was very friendly and also made special provision for a diabetic-friendly breakfast. The room was just a bit small. Furthermore, very neat and satisfied.

We flew up from Cape Town to Johannesburg on business. I was looking for a safe place for me and my business partner to each have our own separate rooms with en-suite bathrooms and secure parking for our airport rental car. Helen and her husband received us kindly, and our stay was more than we could have asked for. Painfully neat and clean, the garden feels like you are in a fairy tale world and all the facilities were at our disposal. Every morning the most delicious breakfast was offered and we felt at home and comfortable as soon as we stepped inside. A real gem in the city centre.
