The kitchen did not have access to hot water and a kettle had to be boiled. The cutlery and utensils were grubby and cleaning items were not up to standard. The two-plate stove worked well. The beds were too soft but sufficent otherwise. Wi-fi worked well with Netflix availability. The bathroom had a great shower and basin with hot water although the shower curtain was too short and caused leaking onto the floor area.
I (and my dog) had a great stay. Loeriesfontein is special. The unit I stayed in was nice and tidy. It's a plus that there is Netflix available, and WiFi. The shower is very nice and the bed too! It's rare that you get to enjoy both so much, haha! The only things I would suggest are: an extra bathroom mat, and please a dish towel or two in the kitchenette.
The Manor contained everything we needed except mosquito repellent. They literally carried us away, I recommend the air conditioning just for that reason.
Rock Ridge is our choice of accommodation in Loeriesfontein.

A little coolness for your car can be nice
Surprising place to stay with a nice view of the mountains and sheep grazing on the green hills.
If other guests in the house move or talk, sound reverberates into the room. One bedside lamp for double bed.

The accommodation was tasteful, clean and tidy. Everything is done with taste and the finest detail. You have everything you need and more. We only spent one night there, and were the only people in the house, and this allowed us to enjoy and utilize the space. It is good value for money. Elzaan was very helpful, and responded quickly to any questions I had. The art pieces in the house are beautiful!
We had a pleasant stay. The staff was extremely friendly and efficient. Our comfort was taken into consideration when we raised a concern and it was dealt with immediately.

We did stay one night on our way from the Cederberge to Augrabies. Not much to do in Loeriesfontein but this is a convenient B&B with caring owners. They gave us advise on I guess about the only restaurant in the village. We were treated nicely there too.
We enjoyed our Karoo stay very much. The dinner was lovely and was so nice!
We stopped over at Rock Ridge on our way to our seaside vacation on the West Coast. The self-catering rooms are well equipped and have more than you need. The silence around is amazing if you are used to the city noise. We were the only residents for the evening, but never felt unsafe. The village is too cute and we will definitely make a visit here again.
The stay was very comfortable and we will indeed stay there again when next in Loeriesfontein.
Hubby and I took a road trip to see the stunning flowers and were pleasantly surprised in Loeriesfontein. The locals are extremely friendly and very respectful. We will come and visit again.
The unit is clean and spacious and the parking is close. I think there should be a glass screen between the shower and toilet as the shower water splashes on the toilet. Garden chairs for the outdoor barbecue would also be a plus.
Safe, quiet overnight facility with spacious overnight amenities for travellers who also need a space to work.
Rock Ridge Manor is an ideal accommodation for a couple (outside) or a group of up to 10 people (in the main house). Inquiries are answered quickly and accurately and arrangements are clear. There is WiFi for a bonus to upload holiday photos on the internet.
Good overnight stay! Everything is there that is needed to spend the night there. It is clean and tidy with good beds. Little bit of noise from the other side.
