Rose Tree is a special place that we can easily recommend. Neill and Paula welcomed us and made sure we had everything we needed. The unit is spacious and therefore comfortable to stay there for a long period. It is excellently furnished, well maintained and attention has been paid to detail such as e.g. a coffee machine, ample cutlery, fruit and biscuits, milk in the fridge, etc. It is within walking distance of the beautiful Keurboom Park and generally very well located. We will definitely stay here again!
24/7 Wifi, even during load shedding. Cleanest and safest place we have ever been. Even our laundry was done without us expecting it. The best was when we arrived at 23:30 at night, we were received with love. A nice bottle of wine, fresh fruit, yogurt, water and juice as well as a small packet of nuts for each, was a great surprise. We have never experienced anything like this. I can recommend this place with the utmost confidence. 10 out of 10!
We were kindly received and found everything as advertised. The accommodation is very neat, clean and very well furnished, as well as cleaned daily. We got new coffee and biscuits daily. The parking is safe and we could come and go as we pleased. We had a great stay and would recommend Rose Tree.
We stayed at Rose Tree Cottage for a few days for the Two Oceans race. The room is very spacious and very clean. Good value for money with all the amenities (fridge, TV etc). A lot of attention is paid to the little things like the bowl of fresh fruit, biscuits and coffee that were available. We also really appreciated the secure parking. Will stay here again if we go to Rondebosch again.
It is always nice to stay where people welcome you. They are hospitable and happy to help where possible. It feels like "home away from home".
The guest house is close to shopping centers and for me to travel to my destination was very easy. It is a self-catering unit but has the necessary if you want to cook yourself.
We enjoyed this quiet, convenient, self-catering unit. Thanks to the very friendly hosts, Paula and Neill, for all the extras that made our stay comfortable. We would recommend Rose Tree to anyone who wants to walk 600 metres safely to the Newlands cricket or rugby grounds.
